super low quality, oven wont hold temp, burners are uneven making it impossible to cook. they "fixed" the ovens CO leak. twice and still doesnt work. have a range hood lasted less than 6 months before breaking. absolute garbage. they recalled the stove, but now refuse to pick it up and complete the proscess. its been months waiting for a ** DANGEROUS ** CO ** LEAKING OVEN to be picked up from our residence. every time i call i get put on hold for and hour and told something different. Company and products are a joke, DO not BUY. you will be disappointed at best. Worst case youll be dealing with a DEADLY CO LEAKZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

No company has made me more angry, frustrated, and unfaithful in man kind than ZLINE. We purchase an RA36 range in 2019 and it never consistently worked. The oven often would simply turn off for no reason. Now in 2023, it decided to stop all together. Reaching out to the company it took 3 weeks to get a return email asking me to provide videos, pictures and rediculous questions about the oven. It took me better part of a day to return and then I waited and waited and then after 4 weeks I got an email directing me to parts website with no direction. I called and called and no answer or call back. I finally went on ******** and commented on a post and I got a phone call! The person on the phone said I installed parts wrong, and proceeded to give me a list of service providers. I call all service provider with closest being 1.5 hours away. None could help. Now, I am left throwing my 3 year old oven in the landfill and having to spend thousands on a new one. Meanwhile my GE appliances all purchased at same time have had not a single problem. Worst company ever! Dont do it, don't even think about! The prettiness of them got me. Its like getting a beautifully wrapped package with nothing inside.. So disappointed. Im already planning to sell them used and take my losses. Theyre not even 3 months old. I bought all of it. Not one appliance of the 5 am I happy with. Horrible, horrible quality, and customer support is non existent! What a joke, I cant believe I got taken this bad.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

BUYER BEWARE! We purchased over 12k in Zline appliances for our new kitchen less than a year ago.The refrigerator has made a high pitched noise that will not turn off, and has stopped working for over a month. I have called many times, to which I have always been disconnected. We have filed a claim online, to which no one has responded. I have paid an appliance company ***** to order and install the part, which they seem unable to get. The appliances look beautiful but are horrible. To not be able to speak to anyone at the company or have email response is crazy I am at my **** end, so disappointing I hope this review will prevent future buyers from buying Zline appliances I wish I checked I would have gladly paid much more for products that work ***************************ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

Zline Kitchen appliances are terrible and their customer service is horrible. We have a *********************" stove/oven and it was repaired one time and we thought was okay. Then November 2023 they (Zline customer service) tells us there's another issue with it (gas issue) and do not use. We had a choice of getting it taken care of: repair OR refund/unit returned. We choose refund/return - as of March 2024 we still have not received our refund and the unit has not been picked up. Keep in mind they said do not use the stove/oven. We have contacted them again and no response yet. So if you are looking for appliances DO NOT BUY Zline. Thank you ** and *****************************ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

I purchased the six burner, dual fuel range (RAS-SN-36) and the oven has always had an odd smell when on, similar to an electrical fire. Eventually the oven would turn on but wouldn't heat up. Z line wouldn't send someone to fix it but did send a replacement of the snap thermostat. After taking the oven apart we learned they sent an outdated version. We requested a new one and they promised us expedited shipping. This morning we got an email that the part is out of stock for another 20 days. We are now two months without an oven and another month to go. Everyone I have talked to has also been incredibly rude. Do NOT recommend.ZLINE Kitchen and Bath, LLC

Zline vent hood is fine but warranty is parts only. Had two failures in first year, First, you must convince Zline that part is bad and document with photos, then hope they send the correct part since Zline does not send tech to your location. Once the part is received you must pay a tech to install. If it solves the problem, great. If not, you must start the ****************. And if Zline suspects the install was not done properly it will void the remainder of your warranty. Not worth the aggravation. Z Line has recalled my stove. I responded to a call I received on Tuesday 20 February that I would receive a new stove on Saturday 24th February. ******* said that they will call me on Thursday 22nd February to set up a time of delivery because they will be in the area on Saturday 24th February no one has reached out. The oven fan creates a loud and unsafe sound, requiring replacement. The oven is not even 1 year old. I contacted Zline, provided all the information, and it took a month to get back to me. Then, it took another 2 weeks for Leaf Line, their warranty company, to send someone out to look at it. They needed to order the part, but it had to be ordered through Zline. They had to reschedule twice, adding another month. Later, I was told the part is on backorder and won't be in for another 3 months. We purchases over $13k in ZLine kitchen appliances. The dishwasher was installed and upon trying use it gave us an error code. Now heres the issue; ZLine does all communication via email and their reply time is up to two weeks! Their process is that the customer TROUBLE SHOOT before they will schedule a repair person. That process involves videos and pictures AND multiple emails. After two MONTHS or longer it was determined YES! we do need the dishwasher repaired. That gets scheduled. More time more emails waiting. The repair person does his investigation and sees the dishwasher literally has a busted side wall. He goes through ZLine to order the part he needs. Zline ships two parts to our home that are NOT what the repair person asked to be ordered. WE have to email ZLine stating they ordered the wrong parts and to order the requested part. The affiliated repair person will NOT handle this for you even though I have no idea the name of the part. Currently, I have emailed ZLine, cancel the repair job as the parts you shipped are incorrect. Please order the correct part previously requested by your hired repair person and reschedule the work.
