    *********** did not complete the job that we all agreed upon. Once the owner ****, sent an incredibly rude email- that was the end for me. With the job almost done (1yr and 4 months later) the rudeness and demeaning tone from an owner was just too much. The job should have done 4-5 months, but Im still waiting, and finally after the rude email- I just wanted them out of my life and my home. So sad because some of the workers were so nice. Management, at ***********, needs a lot of work.

    Dear ********************, we are sorry you are unhappy and we are working to resolve the one final item left on your remodel, the outdoor countertop passthrough. As you know, ***** and your husband are meeting about it again when you are back in town toward the end of September. With regard to my email, as I have previously stated in multiple other apologies to you, I am VERY sorry if interpreted my email as being **** or unprofessional. It was never my intention to hurt your feelings or make you feel bad. We appreciate taking care of the returned check from your son and that matter has been fully resolved.
