They arent legit. Charged 249 for 10 mins of call instead of an hr. I requested attorney from my state but the attorney who wasnt from my state was on call and wasnt able to clarify any of my questions. The customer service was the worst. Never experienced this type of service. They wont refund. Please be careful before you spend. Highly doubt they are scammers.LegalMatch

COULD NOT BE WORSE !This site is totally worthless for locating a quality attorney. I was contacted by 4 (supposed) lawyers who might as well have been ditch diggers.They couldn't, wouldn't and didn't help in any way **************** waste we of time.LegalMatch

You didnt get the representation you were seeking, and that is understandably frustrating.Over the past 20 years, millions of clients have had success with our free attorney-client matching service. There have also been a few who were displeased. Weve found that in those instances, its often because of a misunderstanding about how both LegalMatch and the legal industry ******* described on our website:1. You answer questions to share the specifics of your legal issue and provide available times so that interested attorneys can schedule with you.2. Pre-screened lawyers in your requested practice area and location review your case within 24 hours.3. If you permit us to share your contact information, interested lawyers respond to initiate a conversation.4. At that time, you may schedule a consultation with one or more interested lawyers, during which you and each attorney determine whether there is a good fit for working together on your case.Unfortunately, even when matched, some clients are unable to secure an attorney for a variety of reasons including bad timing (lawyers often need to prioritize their existing clients over potential new clients) and case details that dont align with the attorneys practice specialty.We review each attorney before they join LegalMatch, and do not allow membership to anyone who has an open complaint with their *********************. I am an attorney currently fighting a breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, and deceptive practices act complaint against legal match. They require you to provide a lot of information claimed by them to facilitate proper matching of client and attorney when first joining up. It appears that when they do match me, it is by pure luck. They vast majority of issues they send to me I no longer handle. The ones they do correctly match or match closely enough to consider are in parts of ******* I don't mind driving to but are too far away for the client to make any face-to-face meeting possible. They apparently "Shotgun" blast any and all cases to its membership regardless of what the individual attorney's specialties are just to make it look good as if people use them and they get results for its membership. They don't know how to screen cases or interview prospective clients. 99% to 100% of the time, their summaries leave me with more questions than they answer. They tend to leave out completely essential and critical information which only wastes both the client and the lawyer's rime, plus wastes $544 a month to get nothing.LegalMatch

I reached out to LegalMatch for assistance with a serious legal issue involving contract violations and potential criminal activity. Unfortunately, the response I received from an attorney was dismissive and unprofessional. The attorney acted as though replying to my request was an inconvenience and made it clear that unless I could afford a minimum of $250 per hour, they wouldnt help ***** someone who is disabled and on a fixed income, this response was not only unhelpful but also insensitive. It felt like I was being judged based on my financial situation rather than the merits of my case. LegalMatchs service was disappointing and did not provide the support I needed during a difficult time.LegalMatch

They immediately had someone contact me and c charged way too much, was not who they said they were. They are not military jag and lied and caused some deaths in waiting on veteran supports and still being denied services.all hospital bills still ignored. *********** at legal match only threatened..LegalMatch

I'm being investaged at the ssa office for not being married to the man I recive benefits for and I am I had proof my girlfriend got mad at me and went to ssa office and made some false statements and been going in there for the past 5 months 2 3 times a day false statements well my lawer in ******** sent me my marriage license and my decad husband last will and testament and sent it to me well my girlfriend went to the ssa office in big spring tx and gave it to the man is taking my case and hi took it and I can't get it back .. is that against the law and he sighed my rights away he has discriminated me and uther things .LegalMatch
