I am very happy and pleased with Mr. ****** work. He was very thorough in explaining how the whole process worked and how long it would take. Every time I had a question, he would answer in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him to anybody including family and friends.

You are incompetent. I created an account (username and password) but it's not working. Every attempt to view my account says I've input an incorrect username or password. Unfortunately, that prevents me from utilizing this utility. Endless spam from LegalMatch asking for updates is not competence. No customer service utility is not competent. What a waste of time. I'm trying to find an attorney to represent me in my civil case against another attorney, and the only law firm to respond is the attorney I'm suing.

We see your recent LegalMatch case postings - they are still live on our website. But we believe you are unlikely to receive an attorney response to your cases, so should look for legal help elsewhere. Good luck to you!

I have connected with *********************************** and have been working with her for a few weeks so far everything is going smoothly. I appreciate the ability to have connected with an attorney using the website.

Normally we would encourage you to reach out to our client relations department, who can call the attorney on your behalf and often informally resolve the issue. But this attorney is no longer a member of our service, so you will have to instead reach out to the ********** **************** They will launch a formal inquiry into your matter, and sanction the attorney if they find he behaved inappropriately. Good luck!

If you're an attorney looking to grow your practice, skip legal match. They will sell you a dream during the initial call and make you feel pressured to sign up for the subscription then and there. They promise you the leads are properly vetted and can afford an attorney. It's been my experience in the the almost year I've been with them, that is not correct. Most are very low income, do not have actual legal issues, and just need a place to vent. My firm handles business transactional work, business litigation, and intellectual property matters and after I speak with them for a few minutes, I know they don't have any viable legal issue nor do they have legitimate transactional issues. On top of that, the legal match representatives will insist that you provide consultations for free. So not only do I have to pay upwards of $500 per MONTH, to receive no real leads, I also do not make any money off the multiple consultations I have. They will usually try to combat any "lack of legitimate leads" arguments by saying that you don't take advantage of your account manager or that you're not logging into the system enough. Because of that, I hired a virtual assistant whose only job was to log into legal match and respond to clients and schedule consultations and the number of legitimate leads still did not improve. I'm not confident in their intake process or how they vet their leads. I wish I would've read reviews before signing up because they will sell you a dream and then allow you absolutely no way to get out of the contract even with proof that they subscription is bleeding your firm dry.

There is no doubt that you have worked with LegalMatch to try to make this partnership successful. We have also worked equally as hard on our end to answer your concerns: changing areas of law in your location, repeated performance reviews and account monitoring, etc. Your account does show 7 self-reported client retentions to date, which in our experience is lower than the actual number. But this may still falls short of your anticipated ROI, so we understand your frustration. Our agreements are all long term deals, with the understanding that there will be fluctuations in performance along the way. I urge you to continue working with our company to reach your goals.

Legal match is a great avenue for those looking for attorneys. I have never used a system like this but I highly recommend this website. I found and hired my attorney through legal match. I highly recommend using this site

I got scammed. I will now be homeless with my daughter. At a loss for words. There's no satisfaction guarantee. Non existent. I'm devastated.

We see you posted your legal matter on our website, received responses from 9 interested attorneys, and marked you hired one of them. Beyond this, we don't know what happened with your case, as it is all confidential and between you and the attorney. If you feel the attorney did not do a good job, you should "rate" them on our website to warn other clients. LegalMatch also does have a "Satisfaction Guarantee" listed here: ************************************************************************, and will reimburse you up to $1000 in loses. Best of luck to you.
