  This is a good service - Except you get bombarded by Legal Match with 100's of email that come 3 at a time with the exact email asking you Have Hired and Attorney? 1 in one day would be enough. They don't need to send th same email back to back 3 times every day or event same 6 in the same day. We obviously are NOT idots.I just spent cleaning my in box from 100's of same email with that repeated question.I am in ****** ** out of the 5 referrals 4 of them were in *******. Only one was from ****** and communicated with - Have not hired one as the matter I was working on has taken a bit longer and the arrangement changed a bit - we are (the tenant Prospect) still at it but it has not gotten to the point that we have something solid that I would feel comfortable in having an attorney review the agreement. Thank you

  I went on the Legal Match website and filled out the info for a ***** Attorney. I denoted that I DID NOT want my contact information given out. Despite that, within 24 hours and since, I've been inundated with emails and phone calls from attorneys. I received multiple emails daily from Legal Match prodding me to contact attorneys. I've tried to unsubscribe, but when I click the link at the bottom of their email, another page comes up but it doesn't allow me to unsubscribe. I've called, and after trying all of their phone numbers, I finally got someone who was extremely rude. He finally took my name and number, and said he'd have the emails stopped. That was 3 days ago, and nothing has changed. Needless to say, I'm extremely angry..both at Legal Match totally ignoring my instructions not to give out my contact info to attorneys, and at Legal Match's unwillingness to stop contacting me.

  Is Legal Match part of the scam?I needed legal help with a tax problem I filled in a form on a site called LegalMatch - As a result of sharing details with them 2 people contacted me. The first "*******************" said he was a lawyer and would be able to reduce my tax bill. He would do it for $3000 I read some reviews and found that others had their money taken but no service. I went on line and found there is a ******************* who is a lawyer, yet I knew it was not him because the one I spoke to said he was in LA and had been practicing 17 years - this information did not match with the ******************* online. The second scammer told me the name of a legitimate website, but after calling them they told me they did not know anyone called ****. **** wanted $1500 there and then. If LegalMatch is legitimate it is giving personal information to unscrupulous individuals. If they LegalMatch are part of the scam people need to be warned. Both scammers offered a way out of a tax problem which was so attractive, I could easily have been taken in.

  I was looking for a Lawyer, as I had not had a need for many years, so was going into the situation.. I spoke with 3 Lawyers. One was pretty pompus, and had no idea that I did not graduate college with a legal degree myself. The next lawyer was much more understanding that I was looking for help and spent a fair amount of time going over my needs, didn't rush me, and I left the call with confidence. The 3rd Lawyer was very happy to listen to my needs, and to discuss some of what I was looking for. We discussed the issues, got a little into more of the needs. I ended the call with a better understanding of what I needed.Lawyer #1 should practice his approach to finding clients. 2 &3 did a good job with, and the decision I made was difficult, but had confidence in both. I was fortunate to have a choice
