Great experience from start to finish. My dedicated team answered all my questions along the way thru the process. They helped protect the assets for my mother when we needed to put her husband into long term care.

Elder Care Resources delivered.outstanding assistance getting ** help in gaining help for me caring for my wife with dementia in spite of my initial suspicion and me changing my goal midstream. I don't believe your can beat the service at any price, although their price was about 25% of what a local lawyer would have charger. I really can't say enough good things about this company...their integrity and willingness to go as far as they need to to help.Eldercare Resource Planning, LLC

I have only good things to say about Eldercare Services. The whole experience has been a life changing experience. I have worked closely with ***** @ Eldercare and she has helped me out greatly. The price of the service was well worth the money. I was always able to reach out to someone to answer all of my questions. I started this process with a phone call back in October 2022. My state SC does not have a service to help set up for ********* My situation with my mother was very time consuming. My mother at the time was residing in a nursing home and all the paperwork that was needed was on my shoulders to submit to Eldercare. This service has worked with me constantly regarding the paperwork needed to get my mother set up on ********* I can finally take a great sigh of relief now that she is set up for ********* The steps that are given by Eldercare are very detailed and that is to make sure that when the paperwork is submitted nothing is missed. I got a call back to this morning from the elder care resource planning llc after completing an online intake form. I believe the mama name was *******. He was rude, talked over me, didnt answer ANY of my questions .. I never actually got to ask any questions at all because Id his poor attitude. What a jerk! When I tried to speak or ask a question he just talked over me in a condescending manner and was very insulting. Then he pretended he couldnt hear me and hung up the phone rather than listen to and address my concerns. This is the most disappointing encounter *** had in the entire time. A guy {************} reached out to me in regards to getting help for his mother. When he texted me his number, I felt like it was a shady person because it said " scam likely". He didn't answer originally and it wasn't a regular phone it was a computer. When he called me back, I was able to talk to him briefly to get some general information on the care that's needed. He gave me the address and I looked it up and it said the house is for sale. I called the listing agent and asked him if this house was vacant he he replied "YES"! I told him what happened and he told me that I will need to be careful because there are alot of scams out here and this maybe one of them where they might lure you in an area and see that you're by yourself and do something bad! I hope the company reads this and try to do thorough background checks like Care.com on these people who post on their website!Eldercare Resource Planning, LLC

I have searched out database of clients and prospective clients and I have not found anyone who matches this reviewer. I have no idea what this reviewer is trying to say. Of course, we are happy to talk to anyone who may need long term care or know someone who needs long term care. Eldercare Resource Planning was almost essential to getting my husband on ********* I felt like I was spinning my wheels trying to deal with the ******** website and always receiving a recording on the phone. This caused me to look for another resource. I admit at the beginning we balked at the cost but after being so frustrated trying to do it on my own I was willing to give them a shot. It was worth every *****! The most important thing to me was their timely communication. We also like their straightforward, understandable instructions. Was it still a lot of work, yes, but at least I felt like we were headed in the right direction something was being done and we were not alone in this quest.Eldercare Resource Planning, LLC

Using Elder Care Resource Planning was one of the best things we did when applying for ******** for my mom. After our initial contact, we set up a meeting to discuss what we needed and whether ECR could help **. When we discussed the price, I was thinking it was a bit of money but after everything we had to go through, it was well worth every ***** and will definitely use ECR again if needed.******* was assigned to our case. She was wonderful. Always responded to phone calls and emails in a timely manner regardless of what inquiries we had. After pulling all documents that were required, she went to work. It took a while to finalize everything but she continued to work until it was completed. She was the contact person so we did not have to be in contact with social services. I would probably still be trying to get everything finalized. When applying for ********, it is very intimidating. Especially if this is your first time and our social services system is not the greatest. There is much to be desired and dont receive much help from them. They charge over $6000 for setting up a ******** compliant annuity that can be done at an insurance company that writes that type of annuity. Fidelity and ******** met life are two that I found and cost was negligible. Do your homework for your state. All the info is on the ******** website for your state then find a good company that does ******** compliant annuities and do it your self. We saved over $6000 by doing it ourselves. read about spend down rules for your state but don't do the spend down until you are approved for ********. They keep contacting you even after you tell them you are not interested.Eldercare Resource Planning, LLC
