I didn't make it past the first phone call. This person was clearly just interested in my mother's assets. Talked over me, had a bulldoze sales tactic with an onslaught of questions. I had to stop the whole conversations just to get a word in and he still couldn't let me speak. It was like he was angry he had to so his job. This is my only insight into this industry. I rather figure it out myself.

S.W. I found Eldercare Resource Planning at a desperate and stressful time. My father was hospitalized due to a fall, incurred a brain injury and was subsequently transferred to a rehab facility. Consequently, it was determined that he needed a higher level of care. I had to pivot quickly within a very complex, costly, uncertain and unforgiving system to find the care my father needed. I came across Eldercare Resource Planning. Although my fathers circumstances changed obviating the need to ultimately put him on Medicaid throughout my interactions with ERP I found them to be knowledgeable, and responsive. They demonstrated the integrity and professionalism I was looking for and I have recommended them to family and friends.Eldercare Resource Planning, LLC
