I enrolled in a Data Analyst Program with this organization. I filed grievance due to misrepresentation of course descriptions, inaccurate assessment of backgrounds, and unfulfilled promises and technical support. The course was still being developed when I enrolled which was not disclosed to me and course descriptions stated I would be learning skills that were not actually offered. My grievances were reviewed by the company president ******** He denied them and disregarded all of my concerns. I told them I would drop out of the course if I was offered a full refund. ******* dropped me (per my request he falsely says) and only offered me a 10% refund. I received a $5,000 ***** for tuition and nobody will tell me where it is or if it will be refunded. I only agreed to drop the course if I was refunded in full. It is also outrageous that the president of an organization is the one reviewing grievances, there needs to be an outside party or mediator for student concerns to be fairly heard. I will not be satisfied until my grievances are accepted and my full tuition of $5,600 is refunded in full. 06/14/2023

To Whom It May ******** We would like to clarify that ****************** enrolled into the ***** Launch program which is offered by the ******************** and Workforce Training (CEWT) division of the ********************** (***). NCLab is a training provider whose services are used by the *** and other universities and colleges nation-wide. ********************** business relationship is with the **** not with NCLab. Her contract with the *** includes a financial penalty for not completing the training. Unfortunately, ****************** did not complete her training, and is now liable to pay the penalty. We believe that NCLab was attacked by ****************** in her effort to avoid paying this penalty. We disagree with her criticism, but are willing to participate in a peaceful resolution of the matter. A grievance meeting took place on July 19, 2023 between ******************, the Director of CEWT, and the President of NCLab. In the meeting, ****************** agreed to retract all her defamatory statements about NCLab, including this BBB complaint. In turn, NCLab agreed to pay ********************** full penalty fee for her, at NCLab's expense, assuming her complaint is removed from the BBB system.

It should be noted that NCLAB is scrutinizing me for filing grievance. I am rejecting their response to this complaint because the response is a lie. NCLAB (not ISU) was holding my tuition. My business arrangement was with NCLAB (not ISU) and ISU never placed a financial penalty on me. NCLAB tried bribing me to remove my honest reviews about my negative experience with their coursework. Despite all of this, I got email confirmation that a full tuition refund (not compensation for a  penalty as they put it) has been issued so this matter should be considered closed.

    Sincerely,
