    I was referred to this office by my ******* *************************** from Community Health Alliance in regards to my asthma and allergy problems. First visit around 12/06/2023, was a consultation and they then had set up an appointment with me for 1/26/2024 to do the actual testing. They poked me over 100 times for testing and I had a allergic reaction and chronic hives all over for 2 months after that appointment. I called numerous times to figure out why I was reacting that way and for a solution. I did not recieve any type of response. It was extremely painful and kept showing up every where on my body (I have pictures but they will not attach because they are larger format). I tried to call the office on 2/7/2024 and 2/8/2024 after my reactions started showing up on 2/6/2024. N With no reply I went to see my pcp about the issue in March. She told me that I should not return so I called and left a voicemail to cancel with ********************************************** But then I recieved a bill on 4/30/2024 for $710. I called the office on 5/9/2024 at 8:08am to explain what had happened to me and my reactions. The lady transfered me over to the manager named ***** who got on the phone with an attitude, aggressive tone, and kept interrupting me and said that she did not care at all. She said that they will send me to collections, and disregarded my terrible reactions to the tests. She seemed to care more about the business than the actual patients, claiming that she got hostile with me because I told her they give terrible services. She went on to gaslight me by saying that they DO answer the phone all the time and that they never received a call from me. ***** even went on to say that my doctor knows nothing after I explained to her that my doctor was concerned with my reactions. Specifically stating, "The doctor is a student." On May 9, 2024 at 8:51am.Now they are trying to charge me over $1200 and I have not seen them since the 1/26/2024. How am I being charged for services that I never received?

    The patient was upset by bill that was not paid as he expected by his insurance. He never complained to the office regarding his symptoms or treatment until the bill was received and he decided he did not want to pay for it. The office was never notified of the issues he was having and never responded to call from the office regarding the agreed upon treatment. What it comes down to is the patient does not want to be for services that were agreed upon.
