    This started in April I took my 2006 **** f350 into have the front-end rebuilt they charged me over ***** dollars. The truck drives worse than it did before it went in for repair. They also Did a bunch of engine work on my truck? I ordered a kit that they approved They charged me over $10000 to do the work. They broke the radiator in my truck andcharged me. $800 for a radiator shouldn't cost 500. My truck runs worse than it did before it went to the shop. It has 7 different engine codes.I've taken my truck back multiple times He refuses to fix it. Unless I pay him more money the last time. I took my truck down there when I picked it up my truck there's a hood bracket thing that is broken. And now there is oil pouring out of the radiator. They refuse to fix my truck unless I pay them **** money

    ********************* has never made any complaint or appointment for any front end issues after our initial repair of front end. As far as the engine repairs , ******************* was notified (multiple times) prior to the engine repairs that customer supplied parts we will not warranty. We also never approved  where he was getting his parts/kit from. The radiator has plastic tanks , and has to be removed to perform repairs he requested , the radiator appeared to be original ,after reinstalling the radiator we found a crack in the plastic side tank , we removed the radiator and replaced it and  we charged for the radiator part only, we did not charge additional labor to replace radiator. As far as the radiator there is no way for us to access structural integrity of a radiator with plastic tanks , the plastic tanks become brittle with use overtime and is not something we can predict failure.     ********************* after being advised of our policy on customer supplied parts still ordered his own parts and brought his truck in for his requested repairs .  Our customer supplied parts policy was completely explained prior to ********************* before  any repairs. We told him we would diagnose and locate the issue with his engine running problems , if the were related to workmanship we would take care for it under our workmanship labor warranty , if it were related to his customer supplied parts he would need to pay for repairs . We suggested if he wanted to take it to to the dealer  for diagnosis , if the problem was related to our workmanship we would honor our labor warranty . But we will not warranty customer supplied parts as he has been advised. We have never refused to diagnose his  vehicle , just what would be covered under our workmanship labor only warranty .
