    Purchased my extended warranty for $1500 and cant get a hold of the company by phone or email. My **** ** 2018 needs repair and want them to fix my car per the warranty or refund my money ASAP

    I purchased An extended auto warranty from
    This company through consumer affairs. We paid $2500 via debit card to them. We have been trying to reach this company for months. Emails bounce back, and the phone number is disconnected. We would like a response and to use the warranty or a Full refund immediately

    Do not buy American Auto Protect Warranty! I purchased this warranty for $2000 back in October of 2021, spoke with Colin Green. I signed the contract and they gave me a vehicle service agreement. I have been trying to submit a claim for 5 months now and I can not get in touch with the company. I receive bounce backs emails when I try to email Colin and their phone line is disconnected.

    on 6/16/21 I purchased Warranty and now i cant reach the company for car repairs or reimbursment for the repairs i had to eventually have done to get my vehicle running

    On March 11, 2022 I purchased the Platinum plan for my 2015 ***. I went to file a claim for a rear seal leaking on my car and found the phone number is out of service, and if you file a claim online, which is the only way it goes unanswered. I paid $1705.91 for nothing.

    I purchased an extended warranty with this company in May of 2021. I recently had an issue with my car and the rep that originally sold my policy is no longer there. The phone number on the website doesn't work. It's impossible to get ahold of anything,

    I purchased the warranty based on the services advertised to me by the agent. A few months later, my car needed some seal replacements. The warranty informed me that this is not covered by the policy (even though the policy seems ambiguous on this topic and the agent had told me it was covered). I ended up footing the bill.
    A few months after the repairs, I've decided to reach out to them to cancel my policy and get the remainder of my balance back. Their phone number has been disconnected, every staff member that I had an email address for seems to no longer have a working email (emails are bouncing back). I've tried filling out their online contact form twice in the past 2 months and no one has responded to me. I don't know what to do anymore. I am unable to contact them for anything. As if they vanished into thin air with my money and their responsibilities to their customers.

    i bought a warranty from these people and they lied and now the number don't work no more and i tried to use them at ******** **** of rocklin and they have record of it they didn't pay the bill but they was nice enough to write it off i want a refund of my money

    I purchased an extended vehicle warranty plan from American First Auto Protect on January 14, 2022 from Collin G****. I paid $2236 for a 4-yr/60,000 mile contract (Platinum Plan). I attempted to file a claim for my vehicle in October 2022 and was unable to reach the company after multiple attempts. The customer service and claims department phone number is disconnected and the email address of the sales rep who sold me my policy, Colin G****, was returned to sender, and no longer exists. This company scammed me out of over $2000 and provided no services that they promised to provide. This company is a scam. Do not purchase from them.
