I can't get hold of American first auto protect, to put in a claim. I purchased an extended car warranty on 7/28/2021 from American First in the amount of $2000. I was not satisfied with the customer service as I have not been able to get in contact with anyone via phone or e-mail. as of the last 2 months. I'm seeking a refund as this appears to be fraud committed. I have since tried calling American First and they will not accept my phone calls. I have tried to get this resolved on numerous occasions but I have not been able to. My next step is seeking legal counsel. I would appreciate any help you can give on this matter. American First Auto Protect is a fraudulent extended car warranty company. I purchased a plan from them in April 2022 for $3,226.52 and when I attempted to contact them recently, I found it impossible. The 1-877 number is set up in such a way to route you back to the "home greeting" without ever allowing you to speak with anyone and they will not respond to emails. After doing some more digging, I see that they're now under investigation with Consumer Affairs (this wasn't the case back in April however).

I purchased an extended warranty on Jan 11th for $1772.87 to be effective as of 2/11/22. I never received a policy and attempted to cancel the policy on and after 8/8/2022 due to selling the vehicle. The policy was a 2 year 30,000 mile warranty which was transferrable and refundable for the unused portion. I had the vehicle for less than 6 months after the effective date and only added 5009 miles to the vehicle. The company has not returned emails and cannot be reached by phone due to non-working numbers. The office number is on a loop which does not have any working options. On October 23rd of 2021 I purchased a vehicle warranty policy from American First Auto Protect for $2,500. The term of the policy was to be six years or 72,000 miles with a zero out of pocket deductible. I've been trying to contact the company about service I need to complete on my vehicle since May 5th, 2022 to no avail. The service center I took my vehicle to has also not been able to contact American First Auto Protect either. Since the purchase of the policy I've tried to contact American First Auto Protect on numerous occasions selecting options 1, 2 and 3 and have not been able to speak to anyone as of yet.Initial Complaint

I purchased the extended warranty in August of 2021. I paid for the contract in full at that time
In July 2022 I was builed for an additional wheel and tire warranty which I did not authorize. I contacted the company and they said they would refund the $1200 fee. They did not refund so I disputed the charge with my crdit card company and they reversed the charge.
I have a warranty claim now, September 2022, the dealership has tried to contact the companybut only get ti the greeting recording and it will not send the call to any department only reverts back to the greeting. I have tried to contact them by phone for 3 days now and have filed for a claim online but have nto received a return call.
I have read other complaints here and it seems I am not the only one that is experiencing this problem.

I purchased an extended car warranty on 4/15/2022 from American First in the amount of $2499.00. I was not satisfied with the customer service I received and opted to cancel the extended warranty. on 5/24/2022. I was informed that I would receive my refund within the next 10 business days. On 7/1/2022 I spoke with Teddy and he informed me that I should be receiving my refund by 7/4/2022. I have since tried calling American First and they will not accept my phone calls. I have tried to get this resolved on numerous occasions but I have not been able to. I would appreciate any help you can give on this matter. Thank you.
