I paid 2,250.00 to American First Auto Protect on 6/20/22 for an Extended Car Warranty.
Yesterday on 9/5 I called them for roadside assistance (included in my package) and couldn't get though. The phone number listed on my policy, on the website, and on my confirmation email was a message that is on continuous loop no matter what number you select.
I called the representative that I spoke to when setting up my policy and the number is "no longer active". I emailed the representative and received a message saying the email is undeliverable and "no such address exists". I have also submitted a contact request online, but have not heard back.
The screen shot just shows the confirmation I received. I'm now not able to find the "follow up email" that was supposed to come. I'm sure it didn't come, but I thought I was finished with the process and didn't catch it.
At this point it looks like I have been scammed and I'm wondering what I can do to get my money back.

On August 13, 2021, I bought a 6 yr. 100,000 platinum bumper to bumper warranty for the 2015 *** **** ***** that I bought in February, 2021. The policy was $3447.85. It has been over one year since I bought the policy, but didn't realize I have a problem with them until now when I tried to file a claim. I have tried calling, emailing directly to the salesman, Colin G****, and filling out a claim on line on their website, but no answer. I have since realized this company is under investigation for failure to pay claims. Can you please get a refund for me.

I purchased the warranty for my 2017 ******** ******* and had never needed to use 11/02/2021 and I needed to use it for a small repair. I am unable to reach anyone from the company to help with my claim. Their phone number does not work and their website claim filing does not get answered. SCAMMED. Purchased Auto Warranty through them (Colin G****) December 2021 as it popped up on ******** ******* as best auto warranty and had great reviews on ******, ****, ********. Got work done on my car and turns out it was a highly sophistacated scam. The main number is never answered and circle through a loop. These guys are great scammers. Have bots for their reviews. I purchased a new suv call around and I was connected with a salesman by the name of Michael C**** ,he explained what would be cover on my vehicle it was what a was looking for, but the main thing he sold me onwas that the were no out of pocket expenses, he states they have two ways to pay ever 4 months 500 which adds up to 2000 dollars and I would be cover for 3 years ,I paid Mr Michael 500.00 and on February 15th 2022 and my next payment wasn't due until June 14th 2022 .I call Mr C**** and told him his company made an unauthorized pay for 250.00 and I would like for my 250.00 refund back to my account ,he said it was a mistake and the 250.00 be refunded back to my account, never her from Mr C**** or anyone else from. First American Auto warranty. I tried on numerous occasions to contact the company and for the last 3 months I kept getting a automated response left message and no has ever tried to return my calls. I would like an investigation done on this company and I want a total refund of 750.00

Purchased two plans for a ***** and **** ****** in March 2022.. Bought the platinum plan for both vehicles $3200 for the ***** and $2200 for the car. Paid cash in full for the 5 year - 50,000 mile plans for both. After purchase we bought a new car within the 90 days and was told a refund check for the car would be in the mail. Have multiple emails verifying this. Dealt with Colin G**** the Sales Manager and Chase Daniels the General Manager. July 1, they no longer have active emails, no longer answer phone calls
The company has a recording that does not take messages.

I contacted first American auto warranty back in February 2022,I just had purchased a Suv they said they would cover it they charged me 2100.00 for the first 3 years platinum coverage 500.00 every 4 months until I reached the 2100 for the amount to cover my vehicle they asked for a 500.00 down payment, in March the deducted 250.00 ,they weren't suppose to take that money out until 4 months later I spoke with Michael C*** who stated he would refund the 250.00 back to me never heard from him a couple of weeks went by I texted him about my money still to this day no response I would like my 750.00 backInitial Complaint

I have not heard from this company regarding my warranty nor have they responded to my mechanic request for service. They have not answered emails request for claim approval.
