      My credit score decreased 46 points in the 1 month following a single credit inquiry by Broadview, with exactly zero other activity on my account. The loan was not denied, the division of the bank I applied with said they don’t do commercial vehicles and the vehicle sold before I could follow up with their commercial department.

      Every month ******* sends over funds to Broadview for my personal loan payment (auto pay)
      472.66 was sent over on 2/23/25 ( Trace # ***************), to date the funds sent to Broadview are missing.

      I went in person to Broadview on 2/28/25 , who called the "escalations team" and was told they would get back to me, no call back received

      I called back in on Monday 3/3 and spoke to a call center rep who stated they would look into and call me back..no call back

      I called back in on Wed 3/5 and asked for a supervisor-in which I reached Whitney, I had to explain the whole situation again because apparently there were no notes on my account.

      I am still waiting for a resolution as 472.66 payment never posted to my account.

      ******* states the trace number ( ***************) given should be all the info Broadview needs to find what account the money was deposited in.

      I have been trying to resolve an unreasonable interest rate/monthly credit card payment of over $300 and have been getting the run around. I am writing the CEO to share the same concern. The lack of accessibility to customer service or a reasonable agreement leaves a bad taste in my mouth as it feels predatory and not focused on their customers.

      I had talked to online customer service on 2/6/2025 about getting tax information for my hsa account I opened the year prior. After talking with them and getting no helpful information I was told I would receive a call back from the department the following day. After not receiving a call and contacting customer service again with the same results I had been told to wait to be contacted by the department they are the only individuals that can help me. I waited a week with no response to later call back and was told the department was looking into my issue and would contact me yet again. Another week goes by with no contact from the department so I called customer service again and was told they would look into it and that the information is not available to them the department need to look into it. Still after waiting and not being able to talk with the department in which I need to and given the same information from the help desk I find no other option but to see someone else get involved to try to get this information from me. I feel it is being withheld from me with no means of being able to get it seeing the banks and customer service is no help.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  They had assisted me in getting the information but have yet to inform me of any change to the process or way of implementing these strategies to make other people with the same issue problem resolved. I still feel mine hasn’t been resolved but have been given information to help me further wait to see if anything has actually happened to fix the issue.

      In November 2024 I submitted my car pmt through their websiteon 11/25. I selected the 28th as their website allowed. They were closed that day for a holiday so the payment should of posted for the next day, how ever they did not do this. They waited to post my payment for the following week. My pmt was late but their delay made my payment show 30 days past due, which is not correct it was 28 days late not 32. I called them several times and they said their is nothing they can do. Said they didn't pull the funds until the following week. That's not my fault. I entered my pmt on their site. Picked a date their site allowed. And instead of posting for the next business day they posted during the following week. The next business day was Friday the 29th. They were open for business. I called their customer service number. Even tried speaking to supervisors who refused to help me or listen to the problem. They just insisted I was wrong because they didn't pull the pmt until the next week.

      I had an account go into collection I called sefcu to set up a payment plan they told me I needed to call the collection agency but they then proceeded to drain my account of all the money and said they would continue to do so until it is paid off, despite if I have a payment plan set up and even though they no longer have that account as it is with a collection agency.
      So is this legal to send an account to collections then proceed to take all the money from another account that was not connected at all to the account that was sent to collections. Leaving a person penniless until the next paycheck, which will again be taken by sefcu unless I open a new account at a different bank.

      Paid my debt to the company and they have now filed a collections against me for the money. I have the statements that my account was paid on September 5th. but they are now November trying to come after me again for the money trying to double dip on taking my money from me since it has already been paid. I am preparing to buy a house and now they have significantly damaged my credit with their improper billing and tracking of paid accounts

      I had an auto loan with this company. I traded in my car. When I did so the dealership obtained a 10 day payoff confirmation and paid. I received a lien release. Several months later I found out that Broadview did not give the correct pay off amount and I still owed a balance of $370. They reported this balance to the credit bureau and my score was negatively affected. Since I received a lien release prior to this charge surfacing I understandably had no idea there was a balance. If the bank isn't going to give the correct amount to the dealership then send me a release, I shouldn't then be reported to the credit bureau.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
      No offer to resolve this issue has been provided. The only communication that I have had with the company is a phone call from a representative indicating that they would be opening an investigation and will follow up with me once done. I checked in yesterday and was advised that there were no notes in the business' file and the investigation as to how this could have happened remains ongoing. I have never told anyone at Broadview that this was resolved to my satisfaction as nobody has contacted me to discuss a resolution. I want the money back that I paid after I was sent my formal lien release. I only sent them the funds because they advised they would be referring the matter for legal action to collect the remaining debt. They also reported me to the credit bureau despite issuing a lien release. This has not been resolved to my satisfaction and to suggest that it has is disingenuous as the company has not yet attempted to discuss a path forward.

      I have had multiple times recently where my card starts declining and my whole banking system goes offline. This is for long periods and peoples whole life depends on this system to be constantly working perfectly. It’s absolutely ridiculous that a whole banking system will go offline and not allow people to access their money or call a support line that quite literally on the back of a card says it’s 24/7 and not be able to get in any contact with anyone to access any of their own accounts in money.
