Beware! Upon my initial call, I was told there would be a fuel surcharge on top of $130/hr labor. I live approximately 50 mins away from Thier office. They came out to see what was needed for the job. At that point I was told that I would have to pay travel cost of $130 per hour of travel to and from the worksite and pay a fuel surcharge. I was also informed it would take 2 to 3 hrs to reattach my meter box to the wall, attached 5 wire clips, and replace the 5 ft wire from meter box to the breaker box. So before touching anything it would cost $320 plus an additional $260 to $390 in labor to complete the job not including parts. Talk about padding a job. Beware of these people and Thier practice. Ask lots of questions before committing to anything. Charging for $60 for gas and paying for them to travel is a bit much.David K.

The work consisted of opening the meter box, 6 screws to attach to wall, unhook cable between meter box and breaker box, cut new cable, install new cable 5 ft, close meter box.

The client was informed, prior to scheduling a service call, that we charge a travel fee (to cover gas and the travel time of which we have to pay out tech for this time.. He refused service. According to *********,, the cost of replacing a metercan can range from $500-$1500, so the client would have done well on the cost, not to mention we were prepared to fix the problem that day..
