      This location has flipped their management several times. The new manager (Alex) seems to be no better. When upgrading my membership to a black card I discussed with her the issue I and many other members have with the free memberships for students within the summer months making the gym overcrowded for the people that have to pay. I cannot justify paying an annual fee when I can’t even get on any equipment for 3-4 months out of the year. ALEX agreed and said she has a meeting and will bring this up and get back to me but will waive the annual fee. Well that was a lie because I was charged and have left several messages with other staff members and she NEVER returned my call. I also went in and the employee behind the counter knew exactly who I was and the situation so that tells me she has received all the messages and chooses not to stand behind her word and adjust my account. It is not about the money. This just reflects the horrible lack of customer service within service industries we now have to deal with. As the manager, when you tell a customer something you should honor it. It is called integrity of which this person has none.

      I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the manner in which employee treated me as a client at Planet Fitness, specifically as a Black Card member and as a male patron. I believe I did not warrant such disrespect, and my mother was quite distressed by the situation. This experience does not align with the mission of Planet Fitness, nor does it reflect the treatment I anticipated upon becoming a member of your gym.

      In reality the 30 Minute Circuit is false advertising. Planet Fitness will use that area as a selling point to a membership and it is a fraud. For years members have been abusing the area cherry picking machines and spending way to much time on one machine. I recently witnessed a member spending 20+ minutes on the abdominal machine half of which entailed using their cellphone. I pointed out to them they were in a circuit and they claimed they were resting. On the way out they told the management at the front dest I asked them to get off the machine. I did not. Now let's do some math. The average Planet Fitness has 10+ machines in the 30 Minute Circuit. At a pace of 20 minutes per machine it would take several hours to get through the circuit. The name of this area of Planet Fitness must change nationwide. It is clearly false advertising.

      The company is giving me some grief about cancelling my membership. Their cancelation policy is unethical and deeply disturbing they make you jump through hoops for service/ membership that I have not been able to use in months and they just sit back and collect my hard earned money. I've been turned away from other locations canceling my membership offered no solutions and disregard. I was placed in hold for over 20 minutes and cold transferred from their main number to a local gym. I'm so disheartened my time and energy are being wasted with no regards to my personal situation. Staff is unwilling to help and has been groomed to brush you under the rug.

      I am so sorry you are having this issue, to cancel your membership you will either need to go to your home location (the club you signed up at) or send a certified letter to your home location with your name, DOB, and phone number.

      Managers never contact us back! They switched the 24/7 hours we signed the contract on. The gym is supposed to open at 5am now and no one ever shows up to open the gym! When we call and ask to speak to someone they are never around, leave my number no one calls back. The sewer system is gross it backs up into the gym and out to the parking lot. They keep taking our money yet they fix no problems! I have Tried to complain to them many times and nothing had been solved!
