I have had a vehicle in for warranty service multiple times. It remains unrepaired. I am constantly told everything is working as designed when it is not. I am spoken to like I am stupid and don’t know how a simple vehicle heating system works.

My vehicle pulls constantly, has a faulty HVAC system, auto stop problems, radio connection problems, key detection problems while driving, transmission problems, and major electrical issues. My gas mileage drops significantly(more than 12mpg compared to driving in the city)when on the highway and is very difficult to keep on the road. This vehicle is a danger to myself and others.

As far as the problem that they will actually acknowledge, a part has been sitting at the dealership for over a month without contact, including DeNooyer ignoring ******* ****** Customer support.

Other problems that were finally addressed, including the camera system and can bus, I was repeatedly told were working fine, but then became issues upon requesting my annual state inspection.

Not only has all of this happened, while in possession of my vehicle, without a loaner, the dealership had my vehicle for over two months, most of which it was never touched. I pay for onstar services to let me know this information. This cost me thousands of dollars more than the payments I was also making on a vehicle I didn’t even have access to.

Most recently, they were to have my vehicle for 24hrs which turned into an additional three weeks.

This vehicle has been a problem since the day I purchased it and has been in for service for the same exact problem more than nine times.

Our Service Manager spoke with ******** ********** and arranged to have her vehicle brought back in for us to take a look at.  She picked up her vehicle from us on 5/2.  We were able to replace her steering wheel to her satisfaction.  In addition she gave our service advisor a list of 7 other issues she had with the vehicle.  Our most senior technician and shop foreman, addresses each of her concerns individually and but could not duplicate her concerns after 138 miles of driving.  Attached is our copy of her repair order, with each of her concerns and the technicians notes.  There was no charge to the customer for diagnosis or steering wheel replacement.

We have provided copies of the repairs from the customer last 4 visits.  As the invoices state, we have addressed all of her concerns on this vehicle.  In some cases, we were able to perform repairs and in most cases, we were either able to duplicate the concerns or the vehicle was operating as designed by **.  The customer was never charged out of pocket for either and we also provided a courtesy vehicle to her, also at no charge.  DeNooyer Chevrolet is totally committed to customer satisfaction, and she is free to call us at any time to setup an appointment and we will address all of her concerns.

The three technicians were on duty when the vehicle was pulled into the garage upon dropping it off for two different scheduled appointments. One in March, on the date when it was dropped off in exchange for a loaner(I believe this was a visit for the heated seat replacement), where two technicians confirmed before checking the vehicle in that it was not operating as designed. This should be on camera while I am still in the vehicle yet inside the building.  The same thing happened on my most recent visit, I showed the problem upon pulling into the garage while exiting the vehicle and this time, one person confirmed it was not working as designed. On both visits it was added to the work order and no work was done either time. Both visits should be on the dealership’s camera system.

I paid $1,957.56 to have my check engine light repaired. 1 week after the repair the check engine light came back on despite the costly repairs. I called back in and brought the vehicle back in after scheduling an appointment for which they let the car sit in their garage for 1 week and did nothing to it. The initial repairs took a couple days and I picked up the vehicle on 2/5/2025. My return visit when I dropped off the vehicle for a week only to have nobody look at it was from 2/17/2025 to 2/21/2025. I demand my vehicle actually be repaired or to get my money back as you have clearly done nothing but sit my vehicle in a parking lot and then charge me thousands of dollars. I either want my money back or for you all to finish the repair you charged me for at no additional cost. If this repair may have not been the correct one that you charged me for that should have been mentioned but there was no communication that this may not be the right fix what so ever.

I filed a complaint a while back with the BBB (complaint #********) and the business has worked with me to resolve the issue in the wake of the complaint. I wish to know how to close the complaint now that the issue has been amicably resolved.

DeNooyer had my 2019 ****** for about a week to replace a battery starting January 31st 2025 and remained there until February 6th when I had it towed to *** ******* ****** in Saratoga Springs. The ****** Dealership confirmed via video that DeNooyer installed the wrong battery in my vehicle and charged me for it as well as it caused the main fuse in the truck to blow enabling it from being able to shift and disabling multiple electronic devices such as head lights, windshield wipers, etc. DeNooyer has yet to reimburse me for the wrong battery installed nor have they been communicative during the service nor now when I am trying to get them to resolve the issue and have them own up to their mistakes.

date of transaction 9/17/24 - did not pay money yet ordered a part and having someone fix it friday - the business sold me on not getting a warranty because previous owner had the extended which rolled over to me - the nature of this dispute is I should not have to pay for a new alterntor after having the car for 5 months and being told that i had a warranty I would like the busness to pay for the part and time and incovience they have caused me - the business is now telling me that the previous owner did not have the extended and after 24 hours later they could cut the bill in half. I have already make arrangements to have the part fixed elsewhere on friday. I lost time at work for this incovience and to make these arrangements. I used a tow to get to the dealer and now have to pay for a rental in the mean time. I am a single mother and a 10+ year customer at this place and just super dissapointed and feel like i was taken advantage of.

When the customer purchased this vehicle on 4/3/24, the factory GM powertrain warranty was still in effect and yes, it is transferable.  The customer did not purchase another extended warranty at the time of vehicle purchase.   New York State does require any used vehicle with more than 36,000 miles but less than 80,000 miles, have a 60 day or 3,000-mile warranty from the selling dealer.  When the customer came to us on 9/17/24 it was 6 months past her delivery date of 4/3/24.  DeNooyer Chevrolet offered the customer a 50% discount off of the cost of repair, but the offer was declined by the customer.  The customer elected to take the vehicle to a different repair facility to have the alternator replaced.  We are still offering 50% reimbursement of the final repair bill from the other repair facility.

I ordered a new vehicle, 2024 zr2 loaded. When the vehicle came in at the end of November, I went and picked it up on a Saturday. My salesman was not available that day. My first problem was that there were no floor mats. According to the sales person the truck didn't come with them. No big deal because I was getting weather tech mats anyway. After setting up the vehicle we left and on the way home I realized that there was no heads up display. I immediately called my salesman on Monday and explained the problem, he was very apologetic and told me he would speak to his boss. He later called me back and told me that he would order a new vehicle. I said that's fine, what about the mileage that I put on this and would it be OK to wash the truck at a car wash. He told me not to worry about either. Here we are in April and my new vehicle should have been here at the end of March. I received a text from my salesman that had a trade in price for the truck I was in and a payment plan for 4 years to pay off the difference. I asked what this was about and the following day he sent another text with a different price and payment plan. There was no discussion of extra money. I tried calling a sales manager and was told that someone would call me back to no avail. All I want is the truck that I ordered. Thank you.

There was a lack of communication on our part with the customer in regards to how the process would be handled once the new vehicle was here and ready for delivery.  Jeff M******, one our Sales Managers, has reached out to Mr. ******* in regards to this.  We will be giving him the amount he purchased the incorrectly quipped vehicle from us and has agreed to pay only the difference in the upgraded HUD display on the new vehicle.

It cost me $587.35 to get my car fixed.
I went to work that morning and as I went to park my car for the day. I got a message on the dash,
"Shift To Park" and the car was already in park. I wasn't able to get this message off until about 15 minutes of tries and finely the car message went off and I was able to shut it off.
I ******* Shift to park issue and got a "***** ****** Shift to park Recall" from the state of California.
I call the DeNooyer Chevrolet and asked for to speck to someone about a problem I was having with my car and she said there wasn't a recall on it and it went by VIN numbers of the cars. I went to make an appointment and as soon as they could make one was July 10th of 2023.
So I called me dealer who sold me the car and he said that he would have someone call me back.
I was called by Chris and he changed my appointment the the next day, he indicated that they had all the parts in stock and it has happened several times before. I don't feel that I should have to pay for this know problem.
I have only 25,394 miles on this car, and I bought it new from DeNooyer 4 years ago.
