      Have been leasing there since 2000. Never a problem ending leases early. They bought old car I leased new one. In February 25 I did the same. Was at the dealership for SIX HOURS and nobody told me that the dealer was NOT buying the old car and I would be responsible for remaining payments. A month later I received statements from GM for $1550. Salesman and finance guy keep telling me to talk to the other .

      I purchased a 2015 kia 6/2021 with a promise that a part was on back order. November of the same year I get an email from the salesman that the part is still on back order. one year and five months later, I hear from absolutely NO ONE! Was there really a part on back order?! Long story short, I'm having more problems with this car. Decided to stop at my mechanic, 4 codes show up. So 17 months, 2688 miles, and over $10.000 later I had no choice but to get rid of the car. I had to eat over $10.000 for 17 months of trouble! Thats including $2000 for a 5-year bumper to bumper warranty. If I didn't get the part that was supposed to be on "back order" what are the chances of me getting the car fixed if I brought it back there!! Thank you Denooyer Chevrolet for your disservice. How many other customers did you rip off?!!
