    On 5/14/2025, I entered into a contract with MoveNship for an estimate for moving expenses utilizing movers and transporation services.

    MoveNship quoted me and charged me to move a large television, flat screen over 60." The flat screen TV was not moved, it was left behind and MoveNship still charged me for moving it.

    The value of the TV was approximately $500.00

    When I called the customer service line, I spent over 40 minutes on the line with a representative and their supervisor. The persons I spoke with, refused to discuss a possible credit for the item that was not transported to my new residence.

    I hired this moving company. I explained on the phone with Lloyd all the items I needed to have shipped. When the movers finally got here, 2 days late, they told my not all the stuff I told Lloyd was on their list. Of course you always hear bad things about brokers, I rolled the dice and lost. They tried to charge me another $1400 on top of my contract price. I tried contacting the company, of course I can't talk to anyone, they said they will send me an Email. Of course I never received that either. Of course I did not pay the extortion fee $1400, they probably would have extorted me for more just to release my items. I can not say anything good about this company. Salesmen will tell you anything you want to hear, then stab you in the back.
