    I absolutely love this company! I just received my third order of hard hat stickers. My customers love them! Sticker Mule makes it easy to design and/or upload you artwork, logos, etc. The turn around time is quick. The product is above par, for sure. I get lots of comments about the stickers and have turned several of my customers onto this company.

    I’ve never worked with a company that refuses to help their customers. Every other company I’ve worked with has been willing to work with me, but this one has been nothing but a headache from my very first order. I switched to them because I needed more variety for my business, but I deeply regret it.
    I’ve spent nearly $1,000 on multiple labels and stickers, and I can’t use any of them. They refuse to work with me and always have an excuse for everything. For example, I’ve had instances where I made changes to the design myself, but the final product was still completely different from what I ordered.
    The quality is far from professional, especially on clear materials. When I mentioned the issues, they said it was because I ordered stickers, not labels. So, I ordered labels instead, but the exact same problems happened—air bubbles everywhere! It looks sloppy and unprofessional, nothing like what I need for my business.
    Save your time and money. This company does not care about its customers or the quality of its work.

    I bought key chains from sticker mule a while back, and unfortunately I did not love the quality. The images were exposed on one side, making it easy to damage them. On top of that, they started sending political emails. Even if i did like the quality, i can not be associated with this company any longer as it would be bad for my personal buisness being how open they are about their political. Really bizarre for a sticker company.

    Product is horrible so is customer service. Frequent have red tinge on products and don't stick.

    When I signed up for emails and texts from this company, it was to learn about promotions for the products. But instead I got illegal political propaganda sent to me. Even after unsubscribing, they still send me unsolicited texts and emails

    I have never made an order with this company. I have never even heard of them till I saw a charge on my bank account. They made a fraudulent charge on my bank account. I caught it while it was pending and closed my card and disputed the charge. Watch out for this.

    I have never bought anything from this company, but they made an fraudulent charge on my debit card. I caught it early and reported them, but watch out for these people.

    When Sticker Mule first sent their politically charged emails in mid-July, I immediately clicked the "unsubscribe" button. A week later I received another email from them, so I emailed directly. They replied that I was now unsubscribed.
    It is now September 9th, and I received yet another politically motivated email from them. I have been unsubbed for almost two months, but here they are. This seems highly illegal and the company needs to stop.

    I bought from StickerMule a year or two back and the stickers were of decent quality. What isn't so fair is how they've begun spamming my email inbox with political emails. I've gotten a ton of emails, some of which with blatent subject lines like "***** 2024" that are meant to rile people up and get them to click. Unsubscribing has done nothing, I had to block them from my email provider. They've been sending very rude email messages and Tweets to their customers, promoting the republican party when they're a sticker company. One of these emails even had a line like "Buy one shirt get one at $4 (I suggest getting a ****** ***** shirt". Seriously???
