    I have use sticker mule several times in the past. Today I got my most recent order and after trying to stick on five different decals and none of them sticking I finally decided if it’s time to contact them. All they were asking for pictures which pictures won’t prove anything of something not sticking if it won’t attach. The other thing about it is they did resize the artwork and it took several renditions to get it. The artwork and lettering was the same size. I didn’t realize how much they had increased the size of the artwork it too big to use it for what I wanted it for . They are refusing to refund the order, only offering to reprint it but not at a smaller size. Unacceptable.

    Literally tried this company 3x and they have legitimately failed every time. From saying the ppi wasn’t good enough (as a digital designer who literally made it FOR THEIR EXACT SPECIFICATIONS) I was quiet upset, they will not work with you, the customer care team is petty & once I mentioned that they CHARGED me and they website link showed I approved something I had not they tried to gaslight me. Honestly wouldn’t do business with them again if paid

    Basically impossible to remove sticker from the backing! Very long and tedious amount of time spent to get one sticker removed from the paper backing! I followed up with the company and they sent me to a video that shows to bend the sticker and bend it back and it should separate for separation. It does not work!!! It

    We ordered window clings from Sticker Mule in the amount of almost $700. The area where we are supposed to put our business cards when we cling them to windows clearly says "THIS IS CLEAR" in bright pink to let Sticker Mule know that the space is clear. Sticker Mule printed the "THIS IS CLEAR" on the window clings.
    I told them about the mistake and they offered me am $125 discount if I ordered them again. I've ordered clings from other printers and this was never a problem. We are a small company and can't afford mistakes like this. That's why we were extremely clear with our design. We will NEVER order from Sticker Mule again.

    My friends and I have been raising funds for humanitarian relief efforts in Ukraine and we have sent logoed swag as a thank you for those who have supported this effort. We've ordered lapel pins, magnets, stickers and T-shirts. ALL have been top notch and we have received rave reviews. The stickers are perfect for thermal coffee mugs, magnets are great for the car when you don't want to use tacky bumper stickers, the T-shirts are excellent quality and the graphics jump off the shirt. Not understanding these negative reviews as I've ordered across multiple product lines and have been equally satisfied with everything I've received.

    Would not recommended anyone to buy the T-shirt’s from Sticker Mule. Looks decent when they first arrive but after 1-2 washes the screen print rubs off. Extremely overpriced for such a poor quality print. Better off going with another company if I were you.

    I have ordered with them consistently since 2020. They send the product in a timely manner, and it is very durable and reliable.
