On 1/9/2023 I have a remote starter put into my vehicle and it is not worked right since I’ve had it put in. I have tried multiple times calling them to have it fixed. This is has been a problem since it’s been installed. I’ve called multiple times left voicemail multiple voicemails and I’ve never had a response. They told me not to worry about it. It would come with a lifetime guarantee for the vehicle. This was put in on a brand new vehicle that I purchased for my wife from what I understand they are no longer in business. I have nowhere to service this and I am now out $354, I also had to pay $200 for a subscription for a service to remotely start my vehicle that they sold me for my cell phone which I’m not asking for the money back on that I will try to get that back through the company the worst part of all of this is this is the fifth time I’ve used this company and when they were still deciding where they were going to move, I left probably a dozen phone calls and was told they were going to call me back. I am now out roughly $560 counting the receipt that I attached the copy to.Initial Complaint

Toward the end of January, I received a gift certificate for Automotive Accessories to get a remote starter installed in my car. The certificate was for $259 and included all installation fees, including the bypass module and any other parts. When I went to make an appointment, their ******** page said that they were closed unexpectedly for two weeks and would be reopening at a new location. After that two weeks, I called five times, emailed, and ******** messaged but got no response. I tried calling again a week later, and many other times and now when you call the number it says it is not receiving calls. Many others have commented on ******** with similar problems, saying they paid for items that were never received. Also, no one knows where the new location is or has been able to get in contact with someone from the business. Other reviews for them say that the work is unsatisfactory, left the car unsafe, the service was bad, and people had to get it fixed elsewhere. There are many indications of a scam and many customers say they have been lied to.Initial Complaint

I paid 300 dollars for a gift card to get my car’s windows tinted. I went in for my appointment and they told me it was too cold to apply the tint so we rescheduled for the following Monday. I went in for my new appointment on Monday and they told me the owner took everything and left in the middle of the night and they can no longer honor my gift card. I asked for the owners number and when I called him I was told he got kicked out of that building and that they were trying to steal his clients. He said he will still do my tint that I paid for when he opens at his new location in two weeks. This was in February and he will no longer answer any of my calls. I was told he changed his number and he has scammed many people

I came into the store to purchase rims and tires from the shop automotive accessories. I paid approximately $2500-$3000 for the total purchase including labor and Lugnuts. We made a verbal agreement over the winter of 2021 that he would store my rims and tires at his shop at no charge And it was agreed-upon that we did so. When I went to put them back on in May 2022 we discovered the rims and tires have been stolen out of his garage and we’re no longer at his business. He never made a police report I don’t think he has any insurance to file an insurance claim and from that time until now he’s been telling me he was going to purchase. He also has two amplifiers that I turned in that were blown and he sent them out for repair and told me that they were back and that they could not be repaired and he would replace them with two brand new ones and I would owe a small fee. He does not answer the phone about getting these amplifiers reinstalled in my car for my stereo equipment either and I cannot make an appointment and every time I call the business Person that answers the phone just keeps telling me I need to call Steve or have him deal with it and I’m getting blown off. At this point I feel like I’m getting robbed out of $3000 worth of aftermarket wheels and also the $700 I have a proximately into the amplifiers for car audio In my 2010 dodge charger. I am very frustrated and I do not know what grounds I have to stand on but I can’t just go to somebody’s business and force them to do what I want so hopefully the Better Business Bureau can help me out. At this point I do not have the receipts or documentation I no longer kept them and they are having his computer and his office of business somewhere and it would be difficult for me to get copies of those as well
