BBB sent correspondence to MF Paint and Plow on October 15, October 24, and November 4, 2024 requesting that the business remove BBB trademarks from all advertising and marketing materials to include Facebook, https://www.facebook.com/MFPaintandPlow/posts/pfbid0SwV5kVzMx7erQ6sy1epXGZtEhYHXwxLNZQ444mgWQTseKjJ4rYKjaeXvyAQGfTTbl, and Instagram, https://www.instagram.com/p/CnuyS3nJi58/?img_index=1 . To date, the business has not responded to our request.

These marks are federally registered in the U.S. and in other countries for business information and investigative services (U.S. Reg. Nos. 566,415, 969,847, 971,579, and 2,314,197).
