We went to the store and check the good quality ********** Dustless Mini Split Indoor Unit On 6/24/23 the sales manager ,******** refered us the air-conditioner GREE. i told her **********i is better. **** signed the application with *******************************, also ***** and **** filled up the paperwork. PSEG approved to pay 75% ($*****)for the unit up to ******BTU ,**** needs to pay his portion 25% should be $1,967 instead of $3,700. ******** told me, because that were too much paperworks, additional charge for the application, If **** doesn't have enough cash, he can refused to use this benefit.Then ******** arranged the installation GREE (terrible Cooling/14.5 and Heating /8)Efficiency rating . The monthly electric bill compared 2022 was with Window air conditioner from $41 to $221 for 8/23 .$80 to $220 for 9/23 , $45 to $120 for 10/23. I complained to ************ Finance Solution to help us . ******** told me ,she could arrange to remove everything away.Last month, we found out there are 2 units of air conditioner, one is water leaking and one is not cool at all. I found Home serve Technician came on 6/26 ,those units still under warranty. **** has autism and epilepsy, because the weather is too hot in his room. He got seizures and couldn.t go to summer school .I ***************** will able the get back the extra money $1,733 and Blue Sky can replace the new better quality Units for him The Blue Sky HVAC advertising was posted in www.nychinaren.com on 5/13/2023. Also ,for *********** resident, the advertising (flyer)was seen at *********** ********************

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by HVAC Bluesky Corp regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: 

    We would like to let you know that, the company has contacted us directly about our complaint. 

    Our both Desired settlements were not successful. 
    We didn't receive any 

    "A refund of $1,733 and Replacement of ********** unit "

    On August 15 ,Thursday. the company finally sent an experience technician fixed the freon leak and wiring for the systems. Until today the cooling system is working normal. 

    At the meantime we sent a copy of invoice date on August 01, for the company's review along with the following message: ( please see the attachment with a copy of invoice paid on August 01.)

    On the last visit your team found that there was a leak. Before discovering the leak your team kept insisting that they was no issue and that everything was working fine. Despite the fact that your team said it was ok, the system was still not cold enough for ****** room. So we called in ***** Mechanical for a tune up. The technician stated that the freon was probably low and by adding freon it should fix the problem. He filled up the system and the freon kept filling up and finally filled up at 4 lbs. He was surprised it was so low. He said that the system probably has a leak. Because the leak was a result of the installation or defective hose / pipe then HVAC Blue Sky should pay for the services rendered. Insurance for the business should cover the cost $800. 
    The leak was the reason why the system was not cold enough for ***********; room and why the electric bill was so high last year (~$200/ month).

    PSEG had a promotion for rebate on ** / Heater units for individuals with Special Needs. Because my son has autism we qualified for the rebate. HV** Blue Sky installed 4 Gree **/ Heater Units in my home. 2 of the units started malfunctionining. 1 in my son's room the ** is not working. The temperature is set to 61 degrees F but his room is warm and he is sweating while he sleeps. He is unable to sleep comfortably unless we put a fan in his room. 1 in my living room has excessive moisture, water accumulating on the floor and ice started coming out of the unit. HV** Blue Sky came out twice but did not resolve the issue with the 2 ** / Heater units.

    Blue Sky HVAC sent its technician to this customer's installation to inspect and repair the equipment on Sunday July 21st.  The leaking equipment was repaired to the customer's satisfaction and the issue with inefficient cooling was communicated that we would return to complete the repair later this week.  There have been telephone conversations with the Customer where he stated the leaking issue was solved and we confirmed we would return to address the inefficient cooling.   Our technician will be sent to the Customer's address today, July 25th.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    Blue Sky came to look at the system. They said the unit is draining and it was working on 7/25/2024 However the unit is not cooling. My son could not sleep because his room was so warm and he had a seizure 

    We hired ***** Mechanical on 8/1/2024 to perform a tune up because Blue Sky said it was working and he had to fill up 4 lbs of freon and stated that there was a leak. That was the reason why he had to put so much freon. The charge was $800.00 

    Contacted Blue Sky again that there was a leak and they came to the house. 3 techs stated that they put freon in the system even though they had no tools or pump. Then they turned off the main power of  the system and stated that they have to turn it off in order to check for leaks. Now we cannot even use the fan or AC to keep the house cool. I had to install an AC unit in the window in my son's room.
