    On monday 7/10. I observed a man with yellow vest with name *************** stepping on my property. I asked what he was on my property adjusting my gas meter.He refused to show identification. I told him if he don't get off my property I will call police. He left property cursed me. **************************** came out of 50 ****** and joined Premier tech calling me a ***** I found out later that the owner ****************************************************************************** is attempting to install a gas appliance in basement without permit or current Survey.. I'm requesting that Premier admit to trespass on my property without permission n be given letter of apology for joining in on curing me. As for neighbors, they did not contact him about Premier utilities visit. Causing property grass to be destroyed , anxiety and fear. Please reply.

    Premier I&E has been marking utilities on my personal residence lawn (location is my address listed in this complaint) about once every month or two for the past year. In about mid-September 2022, I saw a Premier I&E car parked across the street and an employee marking utilities again. When I got home later, I saw that unlike past times where they avoided vandalizing property and only sprayed paint on the grass, this time they sprayed my decorative rocks and spray painted the electrical box. There is no need to spray paint an electrical box; it's already an electrical box marked "electric" right on it. Since they painted over paint and rocks, this paint will not disappear. I used Premier's web form to complain and said I would like a response on how they will remove the paint. A day or two later, I happened to see a Premier I&E employee taking pictures of the area; he said it was for a claim (I assume because of my complaint). However, Premier did not contact me back. I called a few weeks later and left a message with their operator voicemail describing the issue again and said I would like a call back; again no response. I called a couple weeks after that, left another message with the operator voicemail, this time saying I would contact the BBB if I did no hear back. It's been a week or two since that call and I never heard back once. I would like Premier I&E to remove the over-sprayed paint and retrain their employees to not spray paint where it cannot be removed; they already have locator flags to avoid this issue. The attached picture shows their flags along with circles showing the spray painted electric box and one of my decorative rocks that they sprayed. These look even more vandalized when leaves have not fallen. Also no need to paint there at all when they have all those flags; the pictures shows three of the red flags marking electric utilities. There are more rocks painted, but I chose to show just the most visible one.
