    The owner is extremely hostile in person and online. He has been harassing me and other customers over our reviews through ******* Made several false accusations and insulted my mental health in a reply they left on my ****** review. The business also falsely advertises league pricing with a sign ON THE **** OF THE BUSINESS. If you ask for league pricing they claim they don't do that. The panes regularly malfunction and you are not refunded or reimbursed for lost games/time. The owner also decides on a whim sometimes to charge everyone who enters the bowling alley, rather than just the people who are actually paying to play the game.

    ********************* is not and has never been a member of our bowling center leagues. She is not eligible for league bowler discounts. We offer league pricing discounts to everyone who is currently enrolled in one of our bowling leagues.
    We also do not offer free bowling and do charge each person who bowls.
    Many reviews are used as an attempt to negotiate pricing, collect a discount or refund for completed games. We respond to each review that is a tall tale and made up to try and get something in return for removing it.
    This person more than likely demanded something from us and if we declined, she threatened to leave a bad review.This is what we deal with in a daily basis, everyone thinks they can leverage reviews for money.
