      ONE STAR IS WAY TOO GOOD FOR KATHY KUO HOME!! I only wish I'd read the other awful reviews before buying a bench from Kathy Kuo Home. Due to "supply chain issues" the bench I ordered in the summer of 2021 didn't arrive until spring of 2022. Within a matter of a couple of weeks, it started losing screws, which we continued to s**** back in each time it happened over the next year. In the fall of 2023, we discovered a crack in a small wooden bracket surrounding the screws of this 15-month old bench. I contacted Kathy Kuo Home to see if they could get me a replacement for this piece of wood, which I offered to pay for. All they did both by phone and email was to reiterate that because the bench was delivered more than 48 hours before I contacted them about the problem, nothing could be done. Their best offer was to sell me a new bench at a 25% discount!! Why would anyone buy furniture that is only guaranteed to last 48 hours? They should be mandated to include on their website that they stand by their products for 48 hours and not a second longer. A pox on this low-end, unethical, unscrupulous business.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Their return policy is laughable. I ordered a cocktail table for my client and upon receiving the item we felt it looked cheap and not worth the money that was spent. We wanted to return the item but was only going to get credited $50 because there is a 7 day return policy that they 'strictly enforce'. So, that being said you are also not allowed to be dissatisfied with the product and return it because they also consider that "buyer's remorse" and will charge you a restocking fee for unhappy customers. So, we get charged for poorly made/looking products? HMMM.....I work with a bunch of retail stores as an interior designer and I highly suggest you do not shop at Kathy Kuo , there are a lot of other companies with better return policies, customer service, etc. STAY AWAY!

      Cliff notes: DO NOT ORDER FROM KATHY KUO. **************** is nonexistent. I ordered an expensive, large coffee table from Kathy Kuo back in mid-May 2022. While it was a long estimated shipping time of over 3 months, I was willing to wait for this beautiful table. They did appropriately estimate the shipping time and around the expected time, I was contacted to schedule delivery. Unfortunately, after accepting the shipment and opening the box for assembly, two of the corners were badly damaged. *** contacted **************** 3 times now via email to send pictures and request for return and refund and have received zero response. I also chatted with a representative via the online website chat and was finally assured that my email requests were going through the claims process and she submitted my request again for returning the table for a full refund. However its been yet another week and I have now had no one contact me over 2 weeks from delivery and trying to get a response. Because I ordered and paid about 4 months ago now I cant even go through my credit card company to dispute the charge and just have this damaged table I cant do anything with. Needless to say I will never order from Kathy Kuo again.
