    SCAM, LIARS, fake Prices Beware Buyers! I saw a car I wanted online. Called the Dealer since I saw all the bad reviews and comments to confirm price and was lied too by everyone. Was told by a ********* over the phone they only charge title, tax, registration and $175 doc fees and in reality this Stealership made me waste 3 hours from ** to ** for no reason. They are a fraud all around beware! Car was listed on ******** and their website for $57,558, when I got to see the car I saw a printed dealer made paper on front windshield with a price of $65,287 first Red Flag. ?? $7,729 price increase difference. Once I sat down the sells person gave me a BS explanation of $5,000 in extra feels that had no justification other than its prep and things that had to be done to the vehicle. They did nothing to the vehicle to prep since it needed 2 New Rear tires that where sun burnt, All disk rotors and pads had to be replaced , car was filthy dirty inside and out. Center console only opened half way. This was a used 2021 Mercedes GLE 53 AMG with ****** miles just in case anyone else is trying to get the same car. Their extra$5,000 in bogus fees was shown on an iPad that they didnt let me take a picture of nor print the final price out for me. This Stealership needs to be looked into by the consumer department they are pure scammers. When asked to speak to **** the Manager he too is on this scam and said its fees they had to prep the car which in reality they did none and couldnt name one thing they fixed or prepped. As per ****** the original owner had it serviced at ******** before they took ownership and nothing was done at all by the dealer! Beware! They are all a joke, walk in looks like a normal dealer but these guys in fake suits are the biggest scam artist and liars. Will take this even higher and have them get investigated. No where did they ever list on their site or ******** extra $7,000 in fees they do this to trick customers into coming into their Stealership.

    Unfortunately the dealer and the customer could agree upon the price of this vehicle. Rest assured that nothing unscrupulous is going on as the price of vehicles can change daily.

    I purchased a pre-owned certified 2018 Jeep Compass from Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. When I purchased the vehicle, I was under the expectation that the vehicle had undergone a thorough 125-point inspection as part of the certification process and was deemed safe and fully functional for driving at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, the 2018 Jeep Compass proved to be defective and malfunctioning. My time, patience and energy were exhausted in making multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and the level of customer service I received fell below acceptable standards. I felt that my concerns were deprioritized, and I was provided with inaccurate information during the purchasing process.I made multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. This included rescheduling the pickup of my newly purchased vehicle, visiting the dealership multiple times within 45 days of purchase, regularly following up with staff via email and phone, and spending numerous hours at the facility waiting for inspections and services to be completed. However, despite my efforts to cooperate with the staff, they repeatedly provided excuses for why the necessary services could not be completed. This ultimately resulted in a willingness to place me back on the road in a vehicle that was not safe to drive putting myself and others at risk. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. As a previous owner of certified pre-owned vehicles, I have never encountered anything like this before. The significant amount of personal time and money I have had to sacrifice, coupled with the stress and turmoil endured throughout this process, has been extremely disappointing and entirely unacceptable. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this dealership to anyone in the future. I intend to further escalate the ongoing issues to ensure they are addressed appropriately.

    Good morning, We have read and research Mr. ********* concerns here in this review.  We have taken back his 2018 Jeep Compass and put him in a 2022 compass.  We are currently completing the paper work for the new vehicle and placed him in a loaner car at no cost to him.  We feel that we have handled *** Flroian with the utmost care and professionalism as we treat all of customers.

    If I could give this dealership less than one star I would. I purchased a pre certified used 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee with ***** miles from this dealership on July 9, 2024. ****** finance representative was very unprofessional. I had to wait on him to finish his personal conversation with *********** to finalize the transaction. This dealership failed to do a diagnostic, about week after purchasing this vehicle I stared experiencing problems with the push start. when I tried to start the vehicle, it did not crank up right away. The vehicle would not start when you press down on the brake and push start. A Few weeks go by, I would try to start the vehicle on a cold start and the vehicle would keep cranking. I have to shut the vehicle off to start process again and the vehicle would come on. I reach out to Eastchester ****************** for an appointment to bring in the vehicle. I was told I can bring in the vehicle in, but I would have to leave it with them for a few days. I asked for a loan vehicle so I could commute. Service representative said there were no vehicles at the time to loan. I explained to him that reside in ************* this was not going to work. I then reached out to ****************** in *************. I was able to get an appointment for August 23, 2024. I bought the vehicle in on the 23rd. The Jeep Staten Island service ***** would not look over the vehicle because the warranty on the vehicle had expired August 5, 2024. I was told I would be responsible for any services they would provide on the vehicle. I then reached out to Jeeps corporate office told them the situation. I was told I can take the vehicle back to ****************** in *************, but I will be responsible for paying for the Diagnostic. The vehicle is now at jeeps Staten Island service ***** This vehicle was sold to me with a preexisting problem. I have 90 days under The *** lemon law. This is a safety issue that needs to resolve I should not have to pay for anything.

    Unfortunately ************ never gave us the opportunity to diagnose his vehicle.  He called into our service ***** for an appointment but we were backed up so he would have had to leave the vehicle and at the time we did not have any loaners to give him. As far as ************ having to pay for any repairs, he was offered an extended warranty at the time of purchase but he declined.

    I purchased my first first car from this dealer spent every ***** i had on a suitable car for his growing family... four days later the motor blew and the dealership says sorry we can't help you ... you must have done something it was fine when you left? Interesting to say the least. Also to point out ************** law protects buyers by issuing a buyers guide - used cars with under 100k are guaranteed 30 days **** mile coverage all which we fall in between. Sorry can't help you. The ** ********************* is too busy to answer emails or phone calls or try to mediate a situation of this magnitude which one would think a general manager would step in and speak to a customer after all this is the dealership he represents. So now i have no car cannot get to work is expecting a newborn and needs to file lemon law paperwork as well as contact an attorney. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! All the reviews you will read before and after it is all true

    This place has the worst service Ive ever experienced in my life I am very disappointed and annoyed with the series of events that happen to me, I would not be going here ever again nor will I recommend this place. Not given a loaner after me explaining the inconvenience of me not having a car this place was so inconsiderate. Monday September 11, 2023 my car wasnt starting and after contacting the dealership I was left with only option of an appointment Wednesday at ****am, September 13, 2023. The person who gave me the appointment said I would be serviced even if I was late to the appointment as long as I came in before their closing time (5pm). After not having a car for 3 days when I arrived at the dealership at 1pm, I was greeted by the valet by being told my car wasnt going to be serviced. The manager **** and service department employee ***** were very inconsiderate to my situation and kept me out of the loop of my car status even after me informing them thats my only source of transportation due to me living in a suburban area. I am a very understanding person but the unprofessionalism of this place and the way this situation was handled has no explanation or excuse. I called Thursday morning ****am (they open at 7am) after ***** not reaching out to me all morning I asked for his extension number and he gave me an incorrect number. Not once was I not told what was wrong with the car or anything, I was just given my keys and sent on my way after being ignored various times of me trying to contact the dealership on Thursday September 14, 2023. ***** called me 3:40 telling me they were closing 4pm, ******* me to get my car. Not only did I spend a crazy amount of money on Ubers from Monday to Thursday of not having a car but I was put in a vulnerable place of being stuck and left in the dark with whatever was going on with my car. Being this my first time lease experience with this dealership, I will never again service my car here or lease anything here.

    I was prepared to pay cash for a 2021 *********************** advertised for $24,500. Sounded too good to be true and it was. Since its getting near the end of the year and car prices are starting to fall, I honestly thought the advertised price was the actual price. Out the door price was over $31,000. Wow! Found out they have over $4000 of reconditioning junk fees added. So it was classic bait and switch. The car only has **** miles, so was it totaled when it came in to warrant the major reconditioning. Lol! ******************** include $230.00 DMV fee , $175.00 documentation fee , $37.00 inspection fee and $4,000.00 reconditioning and administrative fee." I asked for a price breakdown of exactly what the $4000 was for especially because it was taxed, called a couple of times and they never sent it. This dealer is exactly why the *** is cracking down on junk fees. The car is worth the actual price of $28,500. I wish they would have been honest and stand behind their product instead of the scammy way they are using to get people to their dealership.So now they lost a customer for life and a get bad review as well as this same review on BBB and *** site.

    I never bought a car there but I put a deposit down on one thinking I was going to get it. Things happened in my life where I was no longer in the market for a vehicle and I called the next day for my deposit to be refunded. They said 2-3 business days. Well a week passed and still no refund and every time I called it was another excuse- oh we will get on it right away! Oh we did it so itll be 10 business days. Like what!! Well a long month of phone calls and getting switched from this person to that, we finally got in touch with someone who knows what theyre doing there and the refund is pending. 30 days it took for them to figure out how to refund our deposit.
