      I used *********************** to move my belongings on September from ******* ** to ********** I have not received my move nor does anyone answers the phones what can I do since they do not answer the bbb as well.

      We have received your BBB complaint on 4/20/23 regarding your moving job. La Flor De Mayo Express, **** located in ********, did not give ******************************* an estimate, nor did we receive payment to pick up her household goods. Another company, ***** Movers, owned by *************************, we believe was the company *** ************* contracted. ****************** opened a corporation in *********** called La *********************** PR Express, without authorization from us. Since we closed our corporation in *********** in 2009, called La Flor De Mayo Express, **** PR, and we no longer exist there, it is our understanding that he is in the right to do so. 
      Our La Flor De Mayo Express, **** ** was never contracted by ****************** and we never had possession of her property. La Flor De Mayo Express, **** ** never sold, franchised or authorized use of our name.

      ***** was subcontracted by ***********************. At this point then all of my belongings are lost?  This is poor business

      ***** ******, *********************************** and ******************************* ****** are making unlawful and unauthorized use of our La Flor De Mayo Express, **** name and likenesses. We are taking all steps possible to bring this misrepresentation and fraud to an end both here and in ***********. We apologize for the confusion, but it is beyond our control. What ***** is doing is fraudulent and without our consent or permission. La Flor De Mayo Express, **** never sold, franchised or authorized ***** or anyone else use of our name, logo or likenesses.

      My name is ******************* I am 73 year old elderly sick person with a lot of health issues including high blood pressure. I paid $1495.00 to La *********************** on around 1/21/2023 to have my belongings transported by their transportation services from **** *********** ***, ** ***** to ***************************************************************************. According to **** one of the representatives at the company *************) stated that it will take up to 3 weeks for my things to arrive to my home. It has now been with this week 2 whole MONTHS and I have not received anything but empty promises. All **** keeps saying it will be there by *** or Tue of the following week and NOTHING has arrived. I have called ********* the Manager/Owner at ************ whom I also made my payment to, and she either has not returned my calls. I left another message this morning for **** and no answer as yet. He said last week that it would arrive by this weekend, Nothing as usual and I don't know what else to do! I have also left message for the driver ****** at ************ no call back either. I think they just took my money and belongings and don't trust any of them at this point what they say. There are medications and very important things in the truck that I really need and I need some help from you all to help me get my belongings that I paid $1495.00 for. I am really desperate at this point. PLEASE help me, I would GREATLY appreciate your time and assistance in this urgent matter! Thank you very much, *********************

      That is not what ************ said when I called and requested services. He always represented himself as LaFlor ******* and told me to vontact ********* to make payment. He has been the one saying that the movers are coming and they never show up?? So I will call those numbers tomorrow and will contact you back if I get no resolve.

      Pryco Movers, ***********************************, ******************************* ****** and the rest of their employees are using our name without our aurhorization. They have nothing to do La Flor De Mayo Express, *** of ********. They are fruadalently using our name, logo and likeness without our concent. *********** in ******** and *********** have sent cease and desist letters to them and we are filing suit in both ** and PR. We have also filied a complaint with the ****************************************** under their *****#******* for fraudelently misrepresenting themselves as La Flor De Mayo Express, ***. We are doing everything we can to stop them from fraudlently using our name, logo and likeness. La Flor De Mayo Express, *** of ** has been closed for shipments to *********** since last summer.

      We are using La flor de mayo express / ************, to move our boxes and furniture from *********, Florida to *****, ***********. They pick up our things in ********* on November 28, 2022. They said it will take between 45 to 60 days for ** to have our things deliver to our new house in *****, ***********. At this day, we have no information on the where our things are. We have been calling the office in *******, and they never answer the phone. We called the office in ***********, and they do not have any information about our things, and they even said they send messages to *********( the manager) in the ******* office for her to give us a call back. We still have not received any call from nobody. The information I have is as follow: *************. We have paid a big part of the total amount, and the rest is due when we receive our things. I don't know what else to do. I feel like I am loosing my things and my money. Please help me find out what is going on.
