    I called this company to repair the Fagor refrigerator in my ************* apartment. A technician came, replaced one part at a cost of over $300, then told me another part needed to be ordered. That was in early September. I waited months for the part, which I was told was coming from ***********. Finally, I was told that it had arrived and I made an appointment with the company for the repair. They did not show up and I have been unable to contact them despite repeated attempts.

    May 6, 2024 - $527.44 PDF Invoice attached.Refrigerator Repair - "Defrost assembly replacement heating element" with 1 year warranty.3 weeks after repair, I still have the same issue, (leak in freezer compiles at bottom of freezer, turns to ice, and eventually overflows on to the floor if the ice is not removed before it fills up - once a week).Business has promised to send a technician on several occasions, but technician never shows up. I have the below information in email.Repair issue reported to Elite on Thursday May 30 via email. Elite responded asking for my address After sending address, original technician "called" & advised he would be there the next day (Friday May 31 - technician never showed up - no explanation)Reached out again via email on Friday night 5/31 & Monday morning 6/3. On Tuesday 6/4, Elite replied via email technician would be there Wednesday 6/5, (1-3pm). I advised that Wednesday 6/5 I was not available to be at the residence and suggested Thursday 6/6.Thursday June 6, Elite responds with: the earliest we can get a technician out is next ThursdayThat would be June 13. Thursday June 13, no one ever showed up & I have not heard from Elite since.

    Technician **** came on February 5, 2024, to diagnose the blinking light problems of the washing machine and the water dispenser not working on the refridagator. A cash deposit of $200.00 was given to the technician. Same day I informed technician - washing is misdiagnosed-the problem is the blinking lights in between cycle. He said he will return to rediagonised it but never did. On February 9, 2024 he was schedule to returned to fix the refridagator--no show no call. The process was delayed due to incorrect model number. Monday February 12, I spoke to him and he said he is coming on Tuesday February 13, 2024 at 10:00 am -no show, no call. He then stated that he is coming February 14, 2024, between 10:00 am-11:00. At 10:05 my husband called him-because he does not answer my phone calls from my phone number. He said he is on his way at 10:30 my husband called him again to find out how what time he will be here and informing him that I have a doctor's ************ He said he will be here in 45 minutes which should be 11:15-no show, no call. At 11:30 my husband and I called him many times no response. I then borrowed someone phone twice to contact him and was told he is not coming and will have my money refunded. I text my **** information to *** **** and the office my **** information to have my money refunded.. Elite Appliance failed to fulfilled their obligations, I waited days after days for their appointments and they never showed up nor called.*** **** contact number is **************. I contacted office at ************** number many times days after days-no respond. There's pattern of behavior displayed by everyone in this company from superior to the employee-no response. It ws never disclosed anywhere in the invoice that they are allowed to charge us services fees for not providing services. Elite Appliance Repairs failed to fulfilled their obligations and now want to steal our money after harassing us.I uploaded receipt, text and email communication to both office and technician.See details of this harassment on email sent Elite office.

    Attached, please find invoice from the Elite appliance Repairs. The business does not hav any address on their receipt. I was able to match the company address on your website with their phone number provided on the invoice ************** and their email address provided on the invoice was the same provided on your website for the company **************************************************************************. I requested an address from the technician that came to my house on February, 2024--but did not responded. I also requested an address from the office via email --as you have seen documentation provided to your agency-but no response. All this company did was to come my house pretended that they are servicing appliance and took my money. They only showed up to collect my money. Please don't let them get away with this. This seems to be a routine practice of their business--Please help me get my money refunded back to me.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Elite Appliances Repair regarding complaint ID ********. The Business still has my $200.00 they took from me and did not show up to do the work. I need my money please. What are the next steps BB should be able to take. No consumer should suffer in this matter. This is wrong and unethical business.
