    I had a similar experience to the other reviewerwish I had read this first. Tech was really nice and spent a long time making sure the issue was fixed. I Paid in full via Zelle. Both appliances that he fixed were NOT working properly the next day. They never showed up again despite promising and scheduling several times. Then they stopped answering my calls and texts. I gave up, which I guess is what theyre counting on. Wasted almost $1000 on a totally useless and frustrating businessdont make the same mistake

    Horrible. They came and replaced a part and charged me ****** via Zeille. Still had issues with leaking dishwasher and they did come back once to fix it but still had leaks. The tech said he will be back but never showed up. Took a day off and waited and still nothing. Kept calling and they will ignore the call. Left text messages and still no call. They say they guarantee work but will not come back and they hope we do not call back.
