    I ordered a dining table from them on 8/3/22 under the pretense that it would arrive in 3-4 weeks with no shipping costs, both did not happen. I received an email five days later saying the dining table could not be delivered to my address (in a city, not rural at all) and therefore needed to charge me $150 to ship it. I agreed since it was a good price. I looked it up on their website later and I could not find anywhere on any page that said this charge was a possibility. Four weeks later and I have heard nothing. No shipping confirmation or tracking number or anything. I then began calling weekly for updates and with each update they gave me the runaround and kept pushing out when the table would arrive. Additionally, they never gave me a reason for the delay; never a its back ordered; its delayed on a ship; etc. they simply always said, it is on its way. It is now 10/3/22 and still no table, but out over $1,000. I demanded a refund but was told they could not give me one because it had shipped (yet they cant give me any tracking info, an expected date, or any info at all). I submitted a claim with my bank and may need to submit one here if it does not go through. Watch out for this business. There were good reviews I saw and decided I trust them

    ************July 13,2022 I bought a bedroom set along with a mattress and foundation from 1 Stop Bedrooms. I received the mattress with no problems. On July 28, 2022 the foundation arrived damaged, I immediately called them and told them of this problem. On July 29,2022 they wanted pictures of the foundation which I sent them along with pictures of all the tags. Needless to say no one seems to care about anything at 1 Stop. I have emailed them, I can't even count how many times, and called. All I get is lip service and lies. Finally on Sept 8, 2022 they ordered a replacement which I still have not gotten and here it is the 24th of Sept and I can't get answers from anyone. Nor do they want to give me a refund for this foundation which with tax I paid $400.00 for it. As for the bedroom set it has been sitting in limbo somewhere since Aug 31, 2022 and I can't get answers about that either.This place seems to be scammers who take your money the day you buy furniture from them and then never get it. Total in all I paid over $5,000.00 which includes delivery and their so called insurance which also seems worthless. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I'm tired of the games they need to either refund my money or get my foundation and bedroom set to me immediately!

    The products warrants the price and is fair however their customer service if you have an issue is horrible. The tell you what they need to rectify the problem, you send photo and when you don't hear back for several weeks and call them again their response is the need more photos. I had an end table (2 pieces) and on one of the tables a hole for a screw on the bottom shelf was off about 1 inch. I sent photo showing 3 screws in the holes and one hole off about 1". Sent photo and email showing the issue. Never heard from them in 3 weeks so I called again. Their reponse is the need more photos. Are you kidding you can see 3 screws attaching the shelf to the fixure and clearly that the 4th hole does not line up.They have a photo clearly showing the issue and never contacted the manufacturer to rectify problem. Their customer service is nothing more than a run around hoping you give up and just let issue go. While pricing is fair their customer service **** if that is what they call it is horrible and all you get is a run around.

    This business is a SHAM! they lied to me about the delivery of my island. They continue to market the island after saying the manufactor is backlogged but if i cancel it would put me behind other orders. The told me i could not get a refund then when i pressured them on it they wanted to charge me a "restocking fee" FOR What? The kitchen island came damaged and instead of ordering me a new one they wanted to fix the damaged one and call it new.This company needs to be SHUT down immediately and a CLASS action lawsuit initiated and I am willing to lead the way

    I bought a sofa from 1SBR about a year ago, and it was gorgeous when it got here. It's all white with down feathers and pretty large. Though over the months we had it, not having kids, animals, or friends sitting on the couch and us barely using it, it has started to shed all of the feathers from INSIDE the cushions, poking us ALL the time, the velvet is starting to separate and ripple, and the feathers are getting everywhere in my house. I can't seem to stop it no matter what I do. This has been one of the most frustrating scenarios I've ever faced with a nearly $5,000 purchase. I don't know about you, but that's a lot of money to pay for a sofa that barely lasts a year of looking presentable. I reached out to customer service about my sofa not seeming like the greatest quality since purchasing it, and not only do they keep referring to me as my email handle (even though I sign my name as my NAME in each email), I get a poorly English speaking individual who keeps sending me the warranty screenshots telling me that what I am having an issue with is not covered in the warranty and my claim was denied. I am not a mean person, I try to avoid issues at all costs, but after calling, and calling, and emailing back and forth for weeks, and being put on hold for ****************************************** being told I would receive a call back from a manager just to go a month with no callback, as a business owner myself, this is absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and it makes me feel as if my money was taken and disposed of. All I asked for was replacement cushions at the minimum because they are losing their fluff due to the feathers coming out of every corner, not even a refund. Though I want a full refund at this point and I do not want this sofa in my house anymore. I would appreciate it if someone could help me out with that and to please come get this piece of furniture out of my house. Thank you.

    I placed my order for a dining room set plus 2 extra chairs with **************.com, who Ill refer to as 1SB.com, on April 26, 2021. Within a month I enter what I can only describe as backorder h*** The back order dates were pushed back 9 times, sometimes by 2 or 3 months at a time. Reasons given centered around pandemic and supply chain excuses among others and it was difficult to speak with the same customer service representative twice.I finally received my furniture on August 24, 2022, but not before having to intervene myself when my order was pushed back to November 1, 2022. Id had enough! After contacting and speaking with a representative of the manufacturer of my furniture, I discovered that my furniture was actually in the manufacturers warehouse, and they were awaiting payment from 1SB.com before releasing it for transit. Armed with this information and knowing that Id payed for my furniture long ago, I contacted 1SB.com. Long story.but after being lie to twice by a representative on the phone, I was insistent they look into the payment matter. They discovered that in April, they had tried to transfer the money to the manufacturer, but the payment failed on their end. Instead of accounting following up, 1SB.com put my order on backorder twice more, once to July and then again to November. Frankly, 1SB.com had my money, so it mattered little to them that I received my order. Not a great way to do business and borderline dishonest.I gave them one star because I couldnt give them zero s site. Also, 1SB.com contracts with Ryder Last Mile for its white glove service. I must say that this was the only positive part of my experience. ***** was very professional and excellent at their service.There are many places to purchase furniture, online or in person. Please stay away from ***************** for your sanities sake!!

    Waiting and waiting and waiting. I have had multiple conversations with ***'s trying to locate the furniture I ordered over a month ago and have been given one excuse after the other as to why it hasn't been delivered. Covid, lack of drivers, diesel shortage, blah blah blah... The last *** I spoke with told me my furniture was in transit, while the *** before her said it was sitting in a warehouse not far from my home. The communication is poor at best, but what is troubling is that this company is very deceptive regarding delivery dates. When you order an item, an approximate delivery date is issued; you wouldn't expect that date to be pushed back by weeks or months. Forget trying to cancel the delayed order as you'll have to pay a 15% restocking fee along with other mysterious fees. The furniture is cheaper than competitors, but you get what you pay for...horrible service.It's been 5 weeks since I've ordered the furniture and was told that it MIGHT be delivered next week. I've already heard that line a few times now. The reason for the low rating is due to deceptive and misleading sales practices. Give customers accurate information with realistic delivery dates. If the delivery takes 6 weeks+, then state that up front!!! You lure customers in with low prices and lie about the delivery times. Very unethical business practices!!

    This is the MOST UNETHICAL COMPANY WITH NO INTEGRITY AT ALL. They refuse to give me a return authorization. Background I paid for White ***** delivery $199. They sent in error that I only paid for room of choice. After proving I paid for White ***** delivery service the credited my 1/2 my money back $100 and told me to hire someone to assemble the bedroom set. On Sat 08/20 I did just that but when the box of the headboard was opened it was severely damaged. I immediately put in a request to return everything. From delivery to having someone help unbox only to fine damaged furniture I had had enough. I was in tears I waited a long time to get the set only to have it delivered damaged. They have refused to give me a return authorization because I have disputed this sale through ****** and unless I cancel the dispute they said the will not help me at all. They keep going into my online account making changes to pricing and Im beyond disappointed and feel taken advantage of. DO NIT SHOP 1StopBedrooms a 3rd ************* I found out for a ******* *********.

    They were great at selling me product but when I received the furniture it was horrible. This is the first complaint Ive ever made. The lack of customer service the lack of quality of product is a -5 star. Buyer beware dont get suckered into this company they are horrible

    Sofa bed was exactly as described and shown. Good quality. Before delivery, agent tried to upsell me on a thicker mattress which it already had. Not sure what was going on there. Communication could have been better, but I'm very happy with the product.
