    I ordered a dual recliner with free shipping. I then received a text saying I needed to call them for a shipping and mailing address. When I called them the rep. stated that he wanted to upgrade me to a dual recliner because only one side was a recliner. It would cost me $179. I told him I wanted to cancel my order because I could get a dual recliner for less than that at another company and he said oh do you mean ****** ********** I said yes he then said just a minute Im gonna put you on hold. So I waited a little bit and when he came back he told me that he could give give me the other recliner at no additional cost. I agreed and then I hung up. Next I got a text that said that I needed to contact them for the shipping address which I then did. I was transferred to to same rep. and he told me that it was gonna cost me $125 for shipping. I told him it clearly stated on the webpage that it was free shipping and I was not gonna pay for shipping He said I would have to pay shipping because it had to go to two different hubs. I told him to cancel the order. He then transferred me to the cancellation department. At the cancellation department, I was told that they would put in a request to cancel my order and that it would take 24 to 48 hours to cancel and then it would take 5 to 7 days to get my money back which is ridiculous when it took seconds for them to get my money.

    I placed an order in May of items that were supposed to be in stock. I ordered two beds and two dressers and one nightstand. The nightstand and dressers were sent to a third party shipping company five weeks ago and still have not arrived. I have attempted to get confirmation that these items will arrive, but I cannot get an answer other than they will look into it. I have tried to cancel this order because I want to shop locally and avoid waiting, but was told that since they are on the way, Id have to pay 15% and $1.75 per pound to return the items. I no longer want the items because it has been so long.The second portion of my order (the beds) hasnt been processed or shipped. I have attempted to contact them and cancel the beds. When I call or message, the service representatives have told me that they will look into it and let me know if it can be cancelled. No one gets back to me about it and then I have to call or message again. Ive been back and forth with them for three weeks about this issue. I no longer want any of these items, although if the first shipment (apparently lost on some truck for five weeks), does arrive, I will have to take it to avoid the high return fees. I feel like when I call that no one wants to help me with my problem and Id just like to either cancel both orders or just cancel the one that hasnt been shipped and get my money back. I understand that there are shipping delays but the second part of my order that is still processing should still be able to be cancelled. Avoid this company if youd like to get accurate shipping or availability information or if youd like to be able to cancel items that either havent been shipped or are seriously delayed or lost. I should be entitled to cancel and get my money back.

    RUN do not walk away from the sham company! On the website, it said our bedroom suite would be delivered in 5 days. Then I get an email for a location verification, and they say it will cost a lot more and oh, by the way, it won't get there for another month. Call them and try to get something out of them as to why this is happening. I get three hangups and others who don't know what they're doing. This company "sounds" just like those scam calls from ******* saying they have a check for you. I'm kicking myself for not checking out BBB before I did business with the piece of **** company.

    I ordered bedroom furniture over a month ago for them to send an email that my delivery is on backorder until another 30 days.

    They were quicker with delivery than the furniture store. Good service. I would recommend them. They merit me posted as to delivery time very well.

    Had a couple of very successful communications with customer service. Quick response and kept informed. Bed needed extra slats to support box spring which was suggested by customer service during call.after ordering. **************** was excellent too.Bed pretty easy to assemble, would recommend using power screwdriver to attach slats to bed but otherwise everything included.Very sturdy and looks as in photos and is well finished. Would definitely buy from them again.
