    We had paid for 5 private lessons with **** ******* for our son Maximus. **** offered a Black Friday deal of 20% off a 5 pack of new private swim lessons ($280 instead $350). We paid and then were notified when we were heading back to our next class that **** had lost their lease and was looking for another option. We showed up to class at their new location on after being told by a staff member they were open and received an email confirmation about our normal appointment only to find nobody their from **** in December or January. Were then offered Sunday at 6:00 pm (our original appointment was 230pm on Sundays) which interferes with my sons bed time. On Friday, 1/31/25, we requested a full refund which included 2 unused sessions at full price (2x$70 each=$140) + the $280 from the Black Friday Deal for a total of $420. Jai, the head of the ************ said it would take 30 days. They also opened another location, but it was only available Saturdays which we are not available on. Despite repeated calls and text, no refund has been issued and it is now 4/14/25. I am also quite sure that the company was very well aware that they were not having their lease renewed on when they offered the Black Friday Deal which was very deceitful

    I enrolled my child in a basketball program that for some reason is no longer able to operate at that location. My child never got a chance to participate in the 2nd clinic that was paid in full. I requested a refund and have been given the runaround and at some instances ignored. Please help me in getting my money back.

    Negative 100 stars! Taking 3 months to refund $500 when you are told it will take 3 days is bad business practices. I reviewed a post saying their kids basketball program was the best and it had hardwood floor pictures. We went to BKLA and they had tar floors and dude said the court will be ready in two weeks with hardwood floors. False advertising. But we took a chance and signed up our kids with the program. We show up the first day of the program, the floor is tar with a basketball floor layout painted white on the tar floor. The basketball hoop was some ******* brought hoop from like ****. Yes, the kids are 5 or 6 yrs old but 20 parents paying 250 per child they could have gotten a new hoop off Amazon. A few kids fell and busted their knee on the makeshift tar court. So we immediately told the front desk we want a refund. Dude at the front desk said no worries I have texted the managers and they said they are on it. That was 3 months ago. We have called multiple times and the same game, we cannot give you the manager number but we will let them know. For 3 months, ** told, the managers are diligently working on your refund. SMFH. They sent us an email about credit to the place. No, we want ouroney back. You already showed us your bad business practices. I heard they have multiple parents asking for refunds and still has not happened. Be warned parents BKLA basketball program is the worst and there are better programs out there with an actual basketball court like you know one with hardwood floors. Do better BKLA!

    We aim to ensure that our members and clients have the best experience at our facility and we do not take complaints lightly. Unfortunately in this case  we were in the midst of a  minor programmatic tweak and thus put it in a different location at the facility.  That being said we are happy to issue a refund to *****************
