      I love Elite Home Warranty. I have had warranties similar to this for 30+ years. I have never had a company as good as Elite. They generally keep in touch, don't fight with you about a claim, and stand behind their technicians and policy. Where we are located, a beach area, it is very hard to get service tech's. Elite has sent a mobile tech to service our appliances from ** to DE more than 5 times. They are GREAT!

      I was reticent to purchase but the great customer service and claims department manager ***** going above and beyond to help me I'm so glad I did. The employees are caring and that only truly happens when the culture of the company is that way. Having said that ******** and ***** are truly special. Thank you for being a solid resource for home appliance maintenance!

      Elite Home Warranty makes it very difficult to get the money that they say they will pay you. They will lie about it, and try to dodge you every time you call them with a legitimate complaint. We have been promised money numerous times, so far we have not received Part of the money they said they would send us. I don't trust them and I wish we had not chosen them for our home warranty company. Once we are able we are going to drop them and go with a different company.
