      I have made a negative review on Elite Home Warranty previously, but it disappeared. Funny how that happens to the negative ones sometimes.I purchased this plan as a first-time home buyer who is extended on my payments and wanted to buy peace of mind. Unfortunately, the plan I purchased has been nothing but a waste of our hard-earned money. The product purchased from Elite is not worth the paper that the contract is printed on. We would have gotten more benefits out of burning the paper money for warmth instead of giving it to them to purchase this awful product. And unfortunately for us, it would have provided the same amount of long-term benefits. Which is, in case if you are wondering, absolutely no long-term benefits.This home warranty plan from Elite is the biggest waste of money I have ever spent and I once bought a chair from some ******** ads that never even showed up.I have had 3 things go out while my policy was in effect and for one reason or another, Elite refuses to do anything except a $300 courtesy credit. They are no better than scammers. This parasite of a company should be stopped. Shame on the BBB for taking money to promote awful companies such as this. This company having an A rating is beyond any possible reality. This was the first and last time I will ever purchase a home warranty. Elite home warranty is the equivalent of giving a Nigerian prince money to claim a large prize or sending gift cards to the *** to pay your delinquent tax bill so they do not put a warrant out for you. This is just a BBB-endorsed scam that provides no tangible benefit to those unfortunate enough to be their customers.

      My home warranty was about to expire and i didn't want to continue with my current company for various negative reasons. I shopped around a bit until i contacted ******** from Elite Home Warranty. He was very attentive to what I was saying. He explained how the plans work, their costs, duration etc. I was already pretty happy with how it was going and was ready to purchase. At this point ******** found out I was a senior, and also a Veteran. He shifted gears and informed me of all the plans, discounts and perks associated with that. I got the best price I could ever have imagined, free extended trials, lower copays and a fixed rate for the duration of an extended warranty. ******** expertly addressed all my questions and concerns.

      I'm 75 years old, own my home and live alone. I've had a home warranty policy with a different company for 11 years but have been frustrated with the level of their service. Elite's representative was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He was able to give me the answers to all my questions and went the extra mile to make sure I was adequately covered at a fair price.

      I originally contacted the Better Business Bureau for a recommendation of a home warranty company that had a fine reputation in an industry that had questionable players. BBB gave me a few names with good reviews and I set out on my quest to interview them.The company I chose was Elite Home Warranty and I can confirm that they are honest, efficient and *********** particular I would like to compliment ***** a company director for the manner in which she cares for customers needs and concerns. As the face of the company she displays the protection and provides the comfort Elites customers believe they have purchased with the Elite Home Warranty.
