      ******** provided thorough information about the home warranty service and pricing options. He answered all of my questions and I felt comfortable with my decision to purchase a warranty plan through Elite for my home.

      Well, I hate to complain, but I have not had a good experience with Elite. I have been with them 1 1/2 as I renewed in Feb '24 and expires in 4/25. This is my one and only claim in all that time. My refrigerator stopped cooling. I noticed this on Thursday last at 1 PM. I spoke to a young lady who assured she'd give it priority. She also said besides the $70 copay if I want to cover the cost of food it's an additional $80. Lucky for me our fridge was low on food waiting for "senior day" to buy more. I waited all afternoon Thursday no call. Granted it's Labor Day Weekend, but she also assured Elite has techs that work all weekend and they are working on it getting them to me. Their contract I think that between 24 - 48 hours I should have a call from the tech.I phoned again on Saturday and spoke to a gentleman who reassured me to expect a call back with update. It's now Sunday and still no call from either A Tech or Elite. We took some frozen food over to the neighbors and ate some ASAP as the fridge does not hold cool air. We purchased bags of ice and we'll get by with great anticipation of that elusive call. That's it so far...just stating facts. .

      Elite Home Warranty does NOT honor the 30-day cancel-with-full-refund provision stated in their advertising AND as stated in their Service Agreement as item XV.d CANCELLATION. I paid for a 3-year service agreement on August 7, 2024, at a cost of $2,100 via a BofA credit card. I got and thoroughly read the Agreement. The exclusions and restrictions make this Agreement very nearly useless. So, on August 16, I replied to the purchase-acknowledgement email to give notice of cancellation. I got no response. So, at 11:50 AM on August 20, I called the number in the Agreement "... to speak to an expert", talked with a person and gave verbal notice of cancellation. I immediately, at 12:00 Noon, got an email that I had to respond to with the phrase "I CONFIRM" for the cancellation to be processed. Within the minute I did exactly that. I got no repose to that until 6:20 pm August 23, when I got a call from "****". She was VERY insistent in efforts to get me to not cancel. This was a 15+ minute conversation in which I said nothing except "I want to cancel!" about a half-dozen times. She finally said "Ok!, I'll process the cancellation. The credit could take up to three days." I am entering this "Review" on August 31 ... 8 days later ... no refund.

      Nir was pleasant and very clearly answered all of my questions during the entire process. I had many frustrations with my outside home warranty program, and he made it very easy to make the switchover.

      THIS IS A *************** ALL THE BELOW REVIEWS ARE FAKE. ONCE YOU PAY, THEY DONT RESPOND TO YOU,ONLY SALES ARE ACTIVE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AFTER THAT AND ONCE THEY TRANSFER IT WILL GO ON HOLD FOR EVER.

      I had questions and received a quote from representative. They were very informative and help me to understand exactly what I was about to purchase. I am now waiting for my email recapping my purchase and reflecting that I made payment. I did a lot of research and wanted to go with someone that was BBB accredited. I feel confident that I made the right choice. Their rating is A+Thank you Nir!!!
