      ****** was the representative I worked with. He was very friendly and thorough. He made sure I understood the process and what kind of coverage the company offered. He also answered my questions. He did a very good job.

      The man I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable. They have way more items that they cover than I will ever need. He worked with me as I am a senior and on a limited income. I got more coverage and, a better service fee for just a little more monthly. WELL WORTH IT!I would highly recommend them. Thank you, Elite Home Warranty.

      Nir was a great customer service agent. He was quick, efficient, friendly, and had my bes interest in mind for my new home. I cant speak to repairs as I just signed up, but I definitely can speak to the exceptional customer service.

      I actually waited for over 2years to write a review for this company. I have been with Elite home warranty since 2021 and they never disappoint me in any way. Claim was very easy and faster and they also go above and beyond to get my equipment fixed in a timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone whos thinking about buying home warranty.

      I give Elite Home Warranty a half of a star. The representative was very pushy and beyond belief. I called back and spoke to someone different. He was a kind pers So I listened to his spill. I was in sales with Aflac for 19 yrs and never was pushy. I allowed the client to discuss with spouse and if they were interested theyd call me back. We I did go with this company. But I found out my husband will have to live in a nursing home due to a massive stroke so I was trying to cancel this plan with Elite. I called on a couple occasions to speak to someone to cancel and theyd hang up on me. Then Id call again and they took my phone # and never heard from anyone to cancel. Im not in a contract and was told I could cancel at anytime. So I ended up callin my credit card company to fill dispute to cancel this. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone *****************************

      *********************** was the first person to reach out to me. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy. After that, there were many calls from others at Elite Home Warranty, but I returned to Nir to complete my application. I am happy so far with my experience.
