      Elite is always very easy to contact, does an excellent job keeping the customer informed during the claims process, and from my experience with multiple home warranty companies, does the best job of finding contractors who are reliable and reputable.

      Nir Was so pleasant to deal with I haven't filed a claim yet just got the policy but I've tried reaching out to others and they bug you to death Nir gave me the space I needed to read over the policy to do some research to look at some reviews to go to the better Business bureau and then when I reached out with ********************************************************************************************************************************************* yes when I asked you no her yes question.The next 14 months will tell how great of a company they are but by the better Business bureau it looks like they do what they say they're going to do reach out to Nir if you wanted a customer experience it's pretty nice.

      After going through a bad home warranty experience with another company, *** answered All of my questions without hesitation. He quickly gave me a common sense break down of the plan differences and the payment options making it easy to choose a plan that suited my needs. I called instead of getting my quote online because I wanted to check the response time it took to reach an actual person. I may have waited 15 seconds, if that , until I received a pleasant, upbeat Hello in clear plain English. What a nice surprise. Very happy with the phone experience, my plan and payment options. Soo..much better than the last supposedly top rated company. I feel confident in my choice and will enjoy the peace of mind that my new Elite Complete Signature Plan gives me.
