      Elite was the third Home Warranty Company I have dealt with and was very satisfied with the service when our garage door broke. The service was prompt and local company repaired it unlike the other companies who sent out of town Companies. We experienced a repairman who said he had to get a part to make it safe and never returned and when we remembered about it they said it was over 30 days and never came back.

      I had a horrible experience with another home warranty company, and I am really pleased with Elite so far. I havent had to submit any claims yet, but their unique policy gives me peace of mind. I especially like the personal touch of this company and their obvious commitment to high quality customer service. They also dont outsource calls to overseas call centers, which is really important to me. The coverage is slightly more expensive, but I believe it is well worth it. Sure, you can pay ***** dollars less per month somewhere else, but when it comes time to file a claim, youll regret your decision. Trust me on that. Im looking forward to working with Elite. The person I spoke with on the phone today, ********, was outstanding. Answered all my questions, helped me get the right package for our home, and didnt try to push anything on us. The company is relatively new, so I hope they keep this up. Elite, please dont go over to the dark side like other companies. Keep doing what youre doing, and youll maintain your reputation as the Elite among the elite of home warranty companies.
