      This is based on buying policy only, as I just did so yesterday. I researched lots of company's and read plans. I checked BBB. I called and talked to ********. It all sounded like the best company to go with. Pray it lives up to that assessment.****************

      Had my ************ need and it was handled professionally Actually worked with a live person not an answering machine Also helps a lot when u have contact with a representative in the US vs a foreign country that barely speaks English They contacted a local repair person that was of high quality and he repaired the issue and it was completely covered Finally an actual company thats does what he claims to do Also everyone at Elite was a pleasure to work with Good job!!! 6 Stars

      Excellent service my heater went out in the morning and they had someone here within a matter of hours fixed the problem and now I am nice and warm, yeah!!!

      ***** is Fabulous! This is by far the best warranty company we have ever worked with. Very knowledgeable, Friendly, Easy to Work with and they care about their customers. Customers are their #1 which should be the priority for all home warranty companies. I will be recommending them to anyone who is in need of a new home warranty company.

      First off I will save this is by far the best experience with a home warranty company ever. I called and spoke to at least 5 different ones and NIR was the most professional and kind of them all. No selling tactics none of this if you don't buy right now the price goes up or your lose your discount. Just answerd my questions allowed me time to think to over and no pressure. There rating speaks volumes and I have the upmost confidence if I need them there will be no issues.

      I love that I get to talk to a person and am not lost in having to select random numbers to hopefully get to the right person. ****** has been great at following up and letting me know what to expect next. As a busy working mama, with 2 jobs and a business I appreciate the efficiency so much.
