      Called to inquire about Elite Home Warranty and their services. ****** was very helpful and patient. Presented me with a few options. He gave me a direct number in which to call him. He actually answered when I did call back! The fact that I did not get an automated response was amazing in itself! I called a couple of times in the sign up process. ****** answered each call and was very helpful and friendly. I am a new customer, so still have yet to use their servicesbut I do feel hopeful!

      Just signed up and ************************* was very friendly, answered all my questions, and even helped get me a lower rate than I was expecting. If the claims process goes as smoothly as the sign up process then I think I have made a good choice leaving Choice Home Warranty for Elite Home Warranty!

      Its a little early to discuss how the warranty company is doing especially because they require 30 days before you can make a claim. However, they have been completely transparent, and have answered my questions when asked. We were able to add a few additional services for peace of mind. The sales representative was easy to work with and got me up and going. A little bit of homework will reveal that this company takes care of their customers. But their competition is loaded with BBB bad reviews with Elite having the most excellent reviews in the industry.
