      I called Elite to get info about Elite warranty plans and I had the fortune of speaking with Nir today. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, friendly and professional. He answered all my questions fully and even provided other options available to make the transaction easier. I cant thank Nir enough for making the experience a pleasure.

      Just signed up with Elite. I have had horrible experiences with reps from other companies (Choice and Select), but Nir was fantastic. I appreciated his thorough explanations and courtesy. For the first time I felt that I was important and not the company as with the others. Their BBB rating was a plus and I look forward to working with them should I ever need it.
