      My experience of signing up for home warranty policy has been great. *** was my signing Rep. very good agent. Didnt push me , gave me all information I needed. Also I love the fact that your customer service is *** based. Hope my going forward experiences will stay as good.

      Haven't had a chance to use the warranty yet but the customer service was outstanding. I spoke to ******** and he was clear, concise and easy to understand. He didn't try to sell me anything extra and kindly tolerated my moments of ADD. Lol I hope using the warranty and getting a contractor is just as easy as signing up for the service.

      ********* my service representative actually put a smile on my face when he reached out, he was a pleasure and took the time to explain the various polices and their coverages. I have shopped the market for home warranties and Elite by far exceeds the cap, co-pay, service center. The customer service center is based in ******* for better servicing their customers.

      I spent about 1/2 a year trying to decide on a home warranty program. I had seen various publications rating some of them. I checked the Better Business Bureau and found a very different story than the one these publications touted. So, after seeing the reviews for Elite I requested a quote on the BBB website. I received a call from ***********************. I told him I wanted an email response and he was very nice and did not pressure me. After receiving the email, I called Elite and an exceptionally nice woman got me through to Nir.He is terrific, he knew his product and answered all my questions. It is because of him and the BBB reviews I signed up for your top plan for 3 years.

      I talk to customer service today about ********************** and the service rep ******** explained the services that they offered and he was very polite and professional i would just like to thank you sir for doing a outstanding job on your presentation.

      My initial conversation with the account executive was very positive -- much more so than with our previous home warranty company. He answered all my questions and offered ****************, with no pressure to buy now or to upgrade. Elite's coverage options, BBB rating and high marks from ThisOldHouse.com were the reasons I contacted them. I can't rate their coverage and service yet, but my first experience left me with a high opinion of their customer focus.
