      I called for three plumbing issues. It took a few days for them to find a company, but they finally did have somebody come out and check. The quote was approximately $1500 and we paid $70 per claim, 210 total, all plumbing claims. Elite home warranty was not forthcoming. We had purchased this insurance and were told it would not be in effect for 30 days. During my conversations with them, it was never explained that any claim under 90 days would only have $300 coverage. I was told to look on page 25 of my policy. Why didnt they say anything about this during multiple conversations before the plumber came to our house. Very disappointed, felt it was very underhanded in the way they communicated. I will never ever use such a deceitful company again or recommend to anybody.

      The BBB recommended u and one other. I called the other one first, but after speaking with ********* I knew I wanted this home warranty. He is very professional, knowledgeable and a very caring personality. I enjoyed talking with him and he explained everything very well. He gave us a senior citizen discount also, which my husband and I really appreciate!!

      ****** (account executive) was thorough in explaining the coverage, the different plan options and answered all of my questions. I feel very confident in taking this plan and will be well taken care of should I have a claim.

      I researched several warranty companies for my renewal next month. I selected Elites three year option. The reviews were overall positive and the signup process was easy.

      I had really high hopes for this warranty company, and had a good experience the first time I used them- but it has gone down hill from there. My policy says that ceiling fans are covered, but they won't fix a broken switch (even though the policy literally says switches and controls are covered.) Then to "assess the situation", they want to charge an addiotnal $70, even though they are already charging me for an electrician to come to my house for a claim they admit is covered. And even worse, my furnace stopped working, and they wont do anything to fix it. Large house systems like a furnace is literally the reason to have on of these policies in the first place. Terrible rip off of policy. ***************, go elsewhere.

      Representative was great explaining each coverage and try to save me money to with advance payment but I couldnt do it at this time. But I appreciated his offer. Thanks

      Our microwave broke and I called the claims department in May of 2024. I had to recall them again in September because I had not heard back from them. We were away from home for the summer months, but they never called to schedule a repair day. When we got home I called again and was told that the serial number I supplied was for a counter top model and counter top models are not covered. I told them it's built into the wall above our oven. They asked me to send a picture which I did. No response. **************** is non-existent. They were quick to take my $70 co-pay. So here we are in mid October and still no response. I spoke with a supervisor which didn't help. He is the one I sent the picture of our built-in microwave. I feel as if I was robbed of over $3000. Buyer beware of this company. What they say they will do and what they will actually do are NOT the same.
