      They offer a service and they come through. After my interaction with them, this is not a company that a person with moderate or average jewelry will want to deal with. I am sure they are very accommodating for people with expensive or high end jewelry. I will not give them 5 stars. They state on their website they pay for shippingthey had me handle it. They gave my earrings a very different rating than my initial insurance paperwork gave me. At the end of the day, I didnt care enough to pay them to send them back to me for a third opinion so who knows if the original seller cheated me or Gemesti labs did. No way to tell now. I will say that ****** was very attentive once she realized I was serious about selling. She answered every question and made the process painless. I truly appreciated her help. And the company expedites transactions quickly so thats nice and smoothly done. I despised the fact they used the precursor of my email as my contract name and not my actual name especially as I had to upload my license. Its a total lack of respect.

      From our very first interaction, ****** was extremely helpful in walking me through selling a diamond I had.
