I currently have money in my Underdog Fantasy account, but I am unable to access it or request a withdrawal because the company is requiring identity verification that I cannot complete.I requested that my remaining balance be withdrawn and that my account be closed, but Underdog canceled the withdrawal and has suspended my account. When settlement occurred, Magbegor was credited with 7 rebounds by our official league data sources. Per Underdog's rules, any post-settlement stat correction made by the league will not impact a projection that has been graded. I would like Underdog to provide a full explanation of exactly when their props are graded postgame. This prop was correctly marked to 8 in their app (as evidenced by my photo) and then manually adjusted back down to 7 even after the Official **** website had her marked down as 8. This is incredibly fishy as the stat correction occurred within a minute or so of the game ending and even updated within my app, yet underdog still believes that using their in house stats and changing them to what they believe is more valid than official league provided stats. Per your OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS, Underdog reserves the right to make a correction to any slips considering that there was an issue from your stat provider or your app. In this case, your app has had a clear blunder yet you dont take up the responsibility to fix that. I have found multiple instances online of you manually fixing slips at your own discretion to make players lose and was even suggested to take this plan of action by a friend of mine who you also screwed over, yet you went back and manually graded him the win after he filed with the BBB. Incredibly shady and terrible company, cant even abide by their own Ts & Cs and believe that your stats are more legit that official league stats. Also, whats the legality of a DFS app grading off of false stats? Sounds to me like this is the backbone of a massive fraud operation as your company can simply score stats however they want. So tell me exactly when the slips are graded and why my app read 8 rebounds on my winning slip that you refuse to pay out on?

I am filing a complaint against Underdog Fantasy regarding an incorrect grading of a fantasy sports entry due to a stat correction that was officially issued by the **** within minutes of the game ending.Details:On June 1st, 2025, I placed an "Under 9.5 PRA" second-half entry on **** player ***** ********. Initially, she was listed with 10 PRA at the final buzzer due to a mistaken rebound credited to her. However, this was a scoring error the rebound was later correctly recorded as a steal (not a rebound), and the **** issued an official stat correction within 5 minutes of the game ********* a result, ********** correct and official second-half PRA is 9 (4 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist). This correction is reflected on the ****'s official site and even appears correctly on Underdog Fantasys own box scores now.Despite this, my entry was graded as a loss before the correction was implemented, and Underdog has refused to reverse it even after acknowledging that the stat correction was valid. Their reasoning is that entries are graded based on the real-time data feed, regardless of later corrections even when the correction is both immediate and official. I have also never experienced an entry being graded so quickly after the completion of the event. At minimum it takes ***** minutes and up to 72 hours as stated on their website.Desired Resolution:I am requesting that my entry be re-graded according to the final and official stats, as listed on both the **** and Underdog websites. Underdogs refusal to honor corrected, verified stats is misleading and constitutes an unfair business practice especially since the outcome is clearly supported by their own data after correction.I respectfully ask the BBB to help mediate this matter, as the grading error is both clear and correctable.The Parlay was a $10 entry which would pay out $315.50Business Response

My account was permanently suspended after I had made a joke to customer service about my wellbeing if I werent to get a response. I never got a response after and the person assisting me stopped replying. Then each time I had emailed support, they gave no explanation as to where in the rules it was stated that what I said had violated the rules. Each time I had asked for clarification, I was left with no response. I would understand maybe a minor punishment, but to permanently suspend my account after all of the money that I have spent and for how long, I believe was, not justified. I have read the rules and there is nothing in there that specifies that I would get permanently suspended for saying what I did, especially since what I said was at my own expense. My reason for using a VPN was solely for personal data security when connecting to public Wi-Fi networks. I now understand that this action, even if intended for security, could be interpreted as a violation of your terms of service, particularly if it inadvertently masked my true location or interfered with your operational requirements. This was not my intention, and I was not attempting to circumvent any geographic restrictions or gain an unfair advantage.
