      Best ball drafts freeze. Underdog takes your money and leaves no record of you drafting a team. You cannot call customer service and talk to anyone.

      They have suspended my account and many others with NO REASON WHATSOEVER when I try to contact them no one reply's and the wait time is HOURS OR EVEN DAYS LONG they have been scamming people left and right and suspending accounts for no reason even with money inside the account! my username on underdog is @REDEMPTIONDRE all I want is a fair reason on why my account is suspended!

      They are a scam my son stole my card made a purchase without my consent. I reached out to **** and ******* who were the agents they did not want to cancel my order refund me back my 250 dollars so I could pay my rent all they wanted to do was suspended the account which made no sense to me when I didn't make the purchase they will rip you off and sleep like a baby they need to be sued or shut down return people back there money when the parental parent did not make the purchase

      I'm unsatisfied, a debt collector sent me an email to pay $10 , I guess their affiliate with that agency , worse of all underdog fantasy customer service ***** , I complained about I been charged twice and they couldn't help .

      I have been limited on depositing from underdog for about 30 days. I had asked support if it was possible to activate my deposit since its been the 30 days. Support had not gotten back to me, but I saw I was able to deposit funds in the account up to 20 dollars. Once deposited the funds I created a ticket that ended up winning for $165. Once the ticket had won, I was immediately suspended for responsible gaming. This is unfair because if that was the case I would had never made a slip to begin with. I had patiently wait the time that I was told in order to deposit funds just to get restricted from my account. Please advise.

      my underdog account was recently suspended. i contacted underdog fantasy through email to find out the reason on why i was suspended and they told me the reason was that the name on my withdrawal method was different from the name on my account. while speaking to the i explained that the names were different because i had someone let me use their ****** so i could withdraw my funds from the app. after we came to an agreement and that they would clear the suspension i got to the underdog app and im logged out and i begin to log in and it says underdog has made the business decision to end our relationship and your account has been permanently blocked and honestly i dont care that the account was blocked but i had $150+ on the account and now i cant withdraw it so it basically like the stole my money
