Valet King damaged my vehicle at ***********. After contacting them submitting the photos after seeing the damage when I got home to the front quarter panel and rim panel they refused to pay for it and basically told me theyre not responsible. Theyve caused over $900 worth of damage to my car as the insurance reviewed the damage. They need to be held responsible for their negligence, I shouldnt have to go around and inspect my car when Im paying $35 for valet at a high end establishment

November 4 I went to the restaurant ********* in ***********, **. I paid $10 for a "luxury parking service," and the employee of the valet when returning my vehicle drove into the driveway of the restaurant and damaged my vehicle. The splitter was destroyed and the bumper was broken on both sides and needs to be replaced. It is now 11/21 and the company is refusing to pay for all damages caused by their careless employee. The company is trying to arguing I needed to inform them to be careful but is just an excuse and have been trying to brush things under the rug along with the restaurant who in fact are refusing to give me the video footage of the incident. The restaurant initially lied to me stating they did not have cameras that would capture the angle of their driveway through email but then a couple days later sent me a perfect angle but stating they did not see my vehicle in the camera footages and I even provided them with the image of my vehicle damaged on their property and proceeded to tell me that I must speak to the valet company for coverage of the damages which still has not been resolved and this is becoming very distressful for me when I have two corrupt businesses who take part in this situation who do not want to help me for the damages done on their property and by their employee and hired valet parking to take care of their customers. If I drove in my vehicle in perfect condition the driver instead of speeding into the driveway would have been capable of the same. Due to impact of speed it was completely damaged if driven at a normal speed as when brought in it would not been damaged and the owner of Valet King is trying to justify a situation that is clearly not ok. The business claims they have spoken to insurance but still incapable of providing with proof of at least a reference number to call and confirm it was even placed. I am being lied to and this is ridiculous and I need help.
