      I ordered my glasses a couple weeks ago and had to return them since the prescription was wrong. They said they will give me a full refund after sending it back. Its been a couple days now, and I havent gotten my money back. On the return also, it said its been past the 14 days. (Not true, their shipping back to them made it take longer.) I paid around 800 dollars. I couldnt reach a person, nor did they send me an email regarding my issue like their automated system said they would. Please dont use glassesusa.

      It has taken them over 3 weeks to fulfill an order, and I currently have NO updates on when my glasses will be out of production. They advertise 6 days on their website. **************** is HORRIBLE, widely unprofessional and will offer you absolutely no useful information, but will repeatedly tell you to wait for an update email that will never come. I have spoken to them almost every day for 2 weeks, and have never received an email from their management team. Today upon requesting to speak with said manager directly, the "agent" said they could not h*** me further, and ended the chat. They also advertise they they are "here you for 24/7" next to their phone number, but 30 minutes of going through every single menu option on their support line give you nothing. Not a single option will bring you to a real person, but repeatedly refer you to click on a different button on their website. I will never buy from this company again, Eyebuydirect has been SO much better and replaced glasses for me for free that arrived damaged. Never again Glasses USA! Do better.

      They do not stand behind their product. I have had 2 pairs of glasses in 5 months. First pair broke and they only fixed because I had 20/20 enhanced coverage. 2nd pair broke within 1 1/2 months. They will not fix because I already used my warranty.

      Glasses do not fit in the box provided and were crooked because they were stuffed into it.

      I used a coupon code and was able to save on my designer glasses. I got all the upgrades that I wanted. The glasses and lenses are good quality and I am happy with the production time and the delivery time.

      I order glasses on July 5, 2024. Glasses USA took my $188.00. They informed me that I did not have the right prescription. So i cancelled my order. They said I would be refunded within 7 to 10 days. I kept all the email conversations and still have not received my refund. There is no person you can talk to. I feel scammed. So I called my credit card company to let them know. Dont ever use this company. Terrible customer service!!!
